Toilet was not very clean, very small bath. Hard to get in to the shower.
Evening food and breakfast was good.
Staff friendly but not so experienced on the area.
Especially for car parking that is extremely expensive in Oslo.
We finally found a long term parking close to the ferry docks by our own which was less expensive 550nok for 24h.
After checking out, we have an overnight bus to catch, staff was generous enough to let us use the shower in the gym, we were super delighted to be able to revitalize ourselves.
The staff asked us to be like home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Breakfast is very nice, complimentary dinner is good too, with different dishes everynight. They even have afternoon fika time for a quick snack and coffee.
Amazed by the service and commitment for every customer.
