Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama in Muscat

Arrived at the hotel at 5 am for a transit period for next flight. Checked out at 12 noon. The distance fro. The airport was a 15 min ride in a taxi. Used airport taxi and only cost 8 dirams. Check in was fast and team at reception were polite and expedient. Opted for 2 single beds. Checkout was smooth. Managed to get some sleep and a shower. Very clean and tidy. Basic room facility but jist what i needed for my transit. Would use again.

Amazing experience! Nice stuff, hotel and very tasty breakfast! Highly recommend it

Excellent hotel! We absolutely loved the breakfasts 🔥 We arrived late at night, but check-in was smooth, and any issues that came up were resolved instantly. We're so grateful for the service and will definitely be back! 🫶

Good location, polite staff. The sauna and jacuzzi were off, but they turned them on for us. Breakfast was average. There's a supermarket nearby.

Overall, this hotel is decent, though the facilities are a bit old and not very new. From the outside, it looks quite luxurious, but the interior is just okay. It's located near an older shopping mall.

After a week-long cruise in Singapore, we were flying from Emirates to Oman Air to Muscat. Our original flight was canceled, leading to a 5-hour layover at Dubai airport, which left us extremely tired. Just a minute before landing, our plane was instructed by air traffic control to circle around due to other flights, causing a half-hour delay. Fortunately, the meet-and-greet service booked via Trip.com was excellent. Mr. Alaraimim met us in the final 5 minutes and reassured us not to worry, saying he knew about the delay and would definitely wait for us. In fact, he not only picked us up but also escorted us into the hotel and waited until our check-in was complete before leaving.

Upon hearing our story, the Radisson manager suggested we switch to a Tower 4 apartment suite, as it was more spacious and had a washing machine for laundry. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel where we could buy groceries and cook for ourselves. We accepted the suggestion. The manager personally escorted us from Tower 2 to Tower 4, showed us where to exchange currency in the underground mall, and even took us to our room to explain how to use the appliances. His enthusiasm was truly heartwarming. The other staff members were also friendly and polite. We are very grateful.

Breakfast is served on the ground floor of Tower 4. The space is elegant, and there's a good variety of food. Omelets and well-done fried eggs can be ordered and prepared on the spot.

Nice hotel and good amenities.
