The hotel has a very good location — most of the main attractions can be reached by taxi in about 15–20 minutes, which is very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty, with a good variety

The hotel deserves the highest rating. Everything was practically flawless during my stay! Special thanks for maintaining the order, cleanliness, and comfort in the room

The restaurant staff could use a little more efficiency; they're not particularly eager to quickly clean tables after they're vacated or maintain a full selection of dishes

However, it's a shame to complain about the breakfast itself

Very good reviews and close to the airport. But did not expect how good the hotel is. For such prices you can take three times more. In the morning we still managed to swim in the pool on the roof

The rest of the days I saw the same gentle and kind attitude from all staff members. Nevertheless, I won't forget who brought me the juice. Would I stay here again? Definitely so

When I first arrived , I was so exhausted due to the lack of sleep and the reception desk was trying to confirm my room which was taking a couple of minutes

The bell boy who saw me like this immediately brought me cold apple juice. I cannot explain my emotional flow over this caring and understanding gesture

This was my quarantine stay, and it was amazing. The hotel staff and food were very good.

Very good facilities specially kids play area & indoor pool. I was first told no rooms when i walked in but then i was able to book online & the room was available

Clean room with kind and professional staff. I stayed there for 3 days and it was such an light and nice experience. The place was quite and relaxing at the center of Al-Sadda commercial area

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. I planned to stay just one night, but I loved it so much that I stayed another day. A huge thank you to Mohammed for the free room upgrade

I'd like to point out that the hotel staff was very responsive and made my stay enjoyable. The Arabic-style breakfast was delicious—Arabic cheese, olives, vegetables, eggs, and coffee

This place is absolutely amazing, and I have a really good feeling about it.

Small Hotel at Heart of Muscat, very near to the Grand mosque as well as other large shopping malls. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The price is extremely cheap compared to nearby hotels

Great hotel to stay in if you plan to walk to the Grand Mosque in the morning for a tourist visit. By walk, its just 15 mins from this hotel to the mosque. The rooms were very clean and spacious

I had done my reservation on booking. come There are eateries, atms and other shops around this hotel. There are also 2 big supermarkets in walking distance (Although no one walks in Oman :P )

Tv was not working, hot water available, drinking water not provided , u need to buy. one or two food shops and one grocery store , barber shops available nearby

Bus station to the airport and other attractions is nearby and some sights are walking distance. Many restaurants in the area make the stay even easier

Ultimate friendly and helpful staff. We had a flat tire, all shops were closed, but the manager fixed to get us up and running! We had a nice lunch so this kind of service deserves the best grade!

If you want to get around on your own terms, you'll need a car if you're staying here. It's located a few miles away from the Nizwa fort, but getting there is extremely straightforward indeed

We found the on-site restaurant had plenty of options and was very good, so would question the need to go off-site in the evenings, unless it is for something in particular. Breakfast was not as good as dinner, however

The hotel is licensed and has a small selection of beverages available if required. Thoroughly recommend the Falaj Daris Hotel for your stopover in Nizwa

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is one of the few places in Nizwa to serve alcohol, and for Oman, prices are reasonable

Only gripe would be that the play area for children was out of commission, and looked to have been so for some time

Great hotel for the price! Huge room. The staff was incredibly kind & helpful. Saw reviews about loud music, but I wasn’t able to hear it from my room

The hotel is well-located, but the main drawback is the lack of nearby public transportation. The closest bus stop is about a 20-minute walk away, and the buses are highly unreliable and rarely on time

The hotel was generally acceptable, but the room and bedding were dirty, run-down, and had a bad smell. The breakfast was also a disappointment; it wasn't a buffet, and the menu was fixed

Ideal location for Mutrah which you can walk to the centre and the water within about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff and friendly. It’s not 5 star accommodation but good value

Budget hotel, great customer service, food not very expensive but big quantity and good quality, breakfast buffet good compared to their nominal price, sea view rooms are just amazing, Ras Al Jinz turtle reserve is 30 minutes drive from this place

We enjoyed the facilities such as the swimming pool, in-room dining etc. Oman Adventures have their center at the hotel too and have a couple of padel courts on site

Advantages: Excellent location, on the seaside road, close to the sea, overlooking the sea, with a swimming pool, free beach nearby, barbecue cart, children can kill time on the beach

What a stunning, beautiful and gorgeous hotel located right at the top of the mountain, overlooking the turquoise colored sea

Although the room is quite old, the hotel is well maintained. The bed is 1.3 meters and the hotel staff are also very nice.

Because I went to chase dolphins, I had no choice. It was completely OK for a transition. It was quite satisfactory. It was very close to the dock of the ship. The breakfast was average.

We stayed at Atana Khasab Hotel for 2 nights in April 2025. The hotel has a great location; next to a cliff overlooking the Strait of Hormuz and just outside the town of Khasab
