Nice location in quiet residential area near beach. Hotel has limited parking on site. Public areas and rooms were clean. Receptionist tried to reduce to a single room from the double that I had booked

Tried the pool which is on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. I did ask a member of staff but none were forthcoming. Restaurant was empty and no bars were open as it was Eid

At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak

Pointed this out and was given a double. next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor

Many thanks to the head manager: he helped with changing the room, calling a taxi, allowed us to leave at 2 p. He offered to take us to the airport when our car was delayed

Service was polit and there was an extensive menu. Additional guidance on the menu explaining the dishes would have been helpful. Bar and restaurant downstairs also closed

Comfortable hotel, with mamy service like: a varied breakfast (sweet and savory), a swimming pool, a gym, a lounge bar, a good restaurant. The rooms are nice and quote large, with comfortable beds and a mini bar

Great hotel and great value for money. Large clean well equipped rooms . Friendly staff. Fantastic outside pool in an Arabian style garden setting. Generous international style breakfast. Highly recommend

Although it is not the most luxurious hotel, the staff are really helpful, the food is excellent, and there's plenty of space inside (including a really nice pool) which makes the stay a pleasure

This hotel is really amazing. Good service. Checking was quickly and the room was bigger than expected. The room was modernly furbished and very clean. In my opinion deserves this hotel at least 4 stars instead of 3

The pool is not heated, so may be difficult to swim from mid November to end of february due to cold water Tº

Surely one of the best accommodations we've encountered in all places. The good quality of the facilities there and the real hospitality of their entertainment make you feel like a VIP there untill the moment you left

The hotel is not far from the airport. Room was big but the window of our room faced to the neighbour building which made the room dark. It was ok for us as we were staying only few hours in the hotel before our flight

There were no shampoo or shower gel in the room. They provided it to us after 10 minutes from our request. In general it’s ok to stay there for short period of time before flights

Food (buffet for all meals) is good. Only downsides are that the large swimming pool was too cold to use, and the staff like to fill the restaurant with Frankincense smoke before every meal

Staff are helpful and we were impressed that a minor maintenance problem in our bathroom was spotted by cleaning staff and fixed while we were out before we had a chance to mention it to anyone

Hotel is clean, modern and situated on the busy outskirts of Nizwa with restaurants walkable nearby. It’s a short (10 min) drive to the centre and the sights of the old quarter

Nestled in authentically Nizwa View, scenic majestic mountains loom along the flowing river beds front and back of the hotel. Functional pools and cozy rooms with excellent foods are served

Hotel had smoke smell and were stingy with towels, took very long to serve.

Its located near to the seeb park and seeb beach. Pool is big and ample of parking available. There is still scope of cleanliness and maintainance work specially in the restaurant

Not went inside the resort only at the party hall .The party hall was very good.

Very good reviews and close to the airport. But did not expect how good the hotel is. For such prices you can take three times more. In the morning we still managed to swim in the pool on the roof

We just visit the restaurant Turk yaprak doner is very nice clean and most staff is from turkish countries for me ozbekistan Afganistan every place is turk and the best doner in Oman you can eat there believe me

We enjoyed the facilities such as the swimming pool, in-room dining etc. Oman Adventures have their center at the hotel too and have a couple of padel courts on site

Beautiful property for a short getaway. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, quite a wonderful spread. This is wonderful property for a quick weekend getaway with family and friends

Pleasant and comfortable stay at Atana khasab. We visited Khasab during Ramadan, and our room was available upon arrival, which made the check-in smooth

The hotel grounds are stunning! The staff is friendly. The waiters work hard, remembering your favorite drinks and bringing them without reminders. The food is varied and delicious. There's always plenty of fruit

The beach is gorgeous and clean

Everything was perfect and the staff always nice and helpful. The only thing it should be improved is to find some way to kick off cockroaches. I had several small ones in the room and bathroom.

Old hotel with old furnicher but very calm and nice. The Restourant is small but very charm. The atmosphere is romantic and there sound wonderfull calm music everywhere

Bus station to the airport and other attractions is nearby and some sights are walking distance. Many restaurants in the area make the stay even easier

and stayed in many places but Golden Beach Restaurant in Al Ashkharah is near top of the list, for sure! Excellent price-value package, tidy & clean room and bed, seaview from balcony is breathtaking and the staff ist amazingly helpful and supportive

I’m just requesting to put this thing in the room Bathroom: The bathroom is medium-sized and clean. The only downside is that water spreads throughout the entire bathroom area during showering

There is no extra bed available, only an additional mattress. The room was clean, and the mattresses and blankets were also clean and comfortable. There was no kettle , no tea bags , no coffee

We went as a group of 120 pax for 2 days stay and it was amazing stay at Sur Beach Holiday Resort. The reservation team was very friendly, patient and polite to handle the group

56 roomed hotel masive rooms, aircon, pool, bar, restaurant, access to the beach, parking and free wifi. Walking distance from the boarder cross at Dibba. Welcoming place , cant fault it nice freindly staff

The walk along the beach is also great during winters. There is enough for the family and kids to look forward to. The friendly pool staff were excellent. The restaurant, however, leaves a lot to be desired

We spent the rest of the day on the beach, water is so clean and beach is natural, nothing has been modified by human. It is so nice, and mountains around gives a special vibe to all of that, so relaxing
