It's a good enough hotel for the price. It could use a little improvement in their food selection and taste.
It's also located in a nice area. Close to the beach, and to many restaurants and stores.

Sleeping at The Ramada Muscat for the third time already, I could feel the improvement. A calm business hotel located in Al Shatti2, welcomes you in its wide rooms designed for working travelers coming back to sleep after a long days’ work. With good service, a clean room and a handful of restaurants in proximity, my experience was always satisfying. Enjoyed my room: enjoyed the spacious room, television and working desk with a view on the road. I loved the bed, a relaxing bed with excellent pillows and a thick fluffy bed cover. The bathroom is big enough and has a strong water pressure I enjoyed showering under. The Ramada offers complimentary internet; breakfast served every morning down at the restaurant and a bar by the main lobby. I was surprised by the low price of soft drinks which I ordered every night before going up to my room. The second review, a pleasant and affordable stay, I would consider again when visiting Muscat.

Nice room and good breakfast. Very helpful people. When I first arrived , I was so exhausted due to the lack of sleep and the reception desk was trying to confirm my room which was taking a couple of minutes. The bell boy who saw me like this immediately brought me cold apple juice. I cannot explain my emotional flow over this caring and understanding gesture. The rest of the days I saw the same gentle and kind attitude from all staff members. Nevertheless, I won't forget who brought me the juice. Would I stay here again? Definitely so.

Nice Hotel. Bed was very good, comfort and clean. Spacious room, bur quite small bathroom. Not too big hotel.
Location was good, in Qurum area.

A usually come here to relax and enjoy some wings. I have come to notice that the service and atmosphere of the place is splendid also
with kind people working there.They also have free WiFi inside which makes the stay even better. The only problem I had was the slow elevator.

They literally served us raw chicken, we were 5 and we ordered 48 pieces of wings, after finishing half of the wings we all started feeling something in our stomachs and then we checked the pieces of chicken and noticed that it was barely cooked, we called the manager and asked him to cancel the chicken wings, we told him we'll pay for the drinks and appetisers only but not the wings, he started counting the pieces of wings we ate and told us that we have to pay for the wings we ate, after arguing with him for a while he said " if you don't want to pay its okay you don't have to make a show" which was something really rude of him to say and unprofessional to do, instead of offering to pay our whole bill as a nice gesture since their wings were uncooked and some of us got poisoned from it he starts arguing and counting the pieces of chicken and telling us that we should pay for the pieces we ate. Worst experience ever. I'm a regular customer at this restaurant but not anymore, not as long as that guy working there!
