This place is absolutely amazing, and I have a really good feeling about it.

Small Hotel at Heart of Muscat, very near to the Grand mosque as well as other large shopping malls. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The price is extremely cheap compared to nearby hotels

Great hotel to stay in if you plan to walk to the Grand Mosque in the morning for a tourist visit. By walk, its just 15 mins from this hotel to the mosque. The rooms were very clean and spacious

I had done my reservation on booking. come There are eateries, atms and other shops around this hotel. There are also 2 big supermarkets in walking distance (Although no one walks in Oman :P )

Tv was not working, hot water available, drinking water not provided , u need to buy. one or two food shops and one grocery store , barber shops available nearby

The major problem, which becomes apparent in the late winter afternoon, is the bitter cold that reigns on this side of the plateau and the hotel's poor thermal (and sound) insulation, where the reversible air conditioners run at full blast, making an incessant noise all night

It has to be said that the clientele is practically captive, as no one really wants to take their 4x4 in the middle of the night to end up in another hotel's restaurant, given the limited dining options at this mountain resort

The building, with its two distinctive domes, appears isolated at a bend in the winding but well-paved road leading to Jabal. Few tourists seem to stop there, except for a few groups attracted by the low prices

The single-story building is well-maintained, with marble floors and wide corridors. The rooms all face south towards the vast plateau on the opposite side from the entrance

The meals served in the adjoining restaurant are quite good, with the obligatory buffets, but guests in fleece or down jackets don't linger too long

Nice resort hotel with pool and beach to discover the island and to relax. ARIF is a very friendly hotel employee in the restaurant. Very kind and extremely helpful.

Good location and food is awesome and staff is also good. Pool is also big and they have tennis court and garden for children. Parking available and they also arrange early checking

We stayed in this hotel during newyear. Hotel is very nice , with beautiful view. Staff is very friendly, especially Abdullah, who always greeted with big smile and made our stay comfortable

This is a small hotel, but they provide service comparable to branded 5 star hotels! Everything meet high standards: rooms, furniture, customer service. If you need breakfast, ask for it in advance

It was a good experience, food was perfect they cook whatever you order even if it’s outside the menu. Rooms were clean and service was perfect even it was busy days.

We booked the room at the reception at night. Room was OK a bit dated. The room was guiet and we have comfortable one night stay for a very cheap price.

Room Is Very Good and Higene Atmosphere, But Restaurant Service was so Poor, Breakfast is complementary but first comes has food, there after nothing, even bread they won't top up, Boiled egg won't serve due to corona that is reply from chef 😭😭😂, only staying purpose without food it is okay and good option

Location is good as it is near the town centre, and few groceries and restaurants around. Room is clean, Receptionist is very accommodating and it is great value for their rates

You should park in front of a building below the building there are shisha stores on the side of it is the hotel's parking lot for staff. You have to enter the parking lot you'll see the reception of the hotel

Once you get inside the room, it smells like cigar. the location in google is different because google will redirect you at the back of the hotel

If you want a boutique hotel, actually on the beach, with great room views, this is the place. Bar (Route 66) and restaurant, Shesha on the terrace, nice pool

This was a good location - shops next door including a car rental firm (yes we used them and good). What we liked was this resort only has 7 guest rooms. A bit further out from old Muscat but very peaceful

After leaving Wadi Shab, we decided to stop and explore the nearby city of Sur. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and made us feel very welcome

The hotel is located right in the center of Sur, the souk is right behind the hotel, and the seafront is a 5-minute walk away

They helped carry our luggage to the second floor and prepared a lovely breakfast for us in the morning

Great rooms and service at a prime location. Our only complaint was the use of mosquito repellents inside hotel. Also there is no lift facility. The staff are friendly and inviting

Grand Inn Hotel is a decent option for travelers visiting Muscat, especially if you want to stay near Al Ghubrah South and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque

I'm not sure why reviews of this place are so low. We stayed for a single night a few months ago and found it perfectly serviceable. Certainly for the cost, its a great option

The staff screwed the lock in place afterward, but check if your room has one of these—it could create a difficult situation. The Rest: Breakfast was plentiful but mediocre (could easily be improved)

The rooms are comfortable , we had the rooms on level 1 and a balcony overlooking the mountains. Big big ups and thanks specially to the kitchen staff. Our friend had an unfortunate incident and fractured his leg

In the morning the staff also helped us to get him into the car and gave us a pillow too. Location of the hotel very nice and it’s just walking to the three village trek

15km away from souq and tour attractions but the hotel is very clean and well managed. Hair dryer in the room, which is rare among budget hotels. Staffs are kind and helpful. My daughter and I loved here.

Nice Hotel Quiet Area Separate Rooms...

Although I was a little apprehensive while I was checking in, I had no choice at that time as it was raining very heavily in IBRA and the hotel was near the highway, so it became easy for me to go ahead the next morning

The rooms although the superior ones, on the ground level were not that waoooo. It's not worth the price they offered me. BUT THE SERVICE OF THE STAFF, the lady at the reception and the service boy, was amazing 😍

Breakfast on the M floor was just okay; the fruit selection was poor – overripe watermelon, very sour pomelo, and decent cantaloupe. Room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable black stains on the pillowcase

Beautiful hotel with affordable prices. The only minus is that the swimming pool is visible from the reception therefore there is not much privacy.

It is now a furnished apartment complex consisting of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. It's only given on monthly rent and not daily rent. You need to pay for water and electricity separately

Located in a nice area if wadi kabir in Muscat. Very clean and modern facilities at economic prices. Ample parking around the hotel but can get busy at night

It’s situated in Seeb and it is close to almost everything around Muscat!! A great choice for business trips. The price is very reasonable and the room is spacious. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in town. It was a last-minute business trip booking, and I wasn't disappointed!

We had breakfast upon arrival. Delicious omelet, toast, croissants, sweets, fruits and smoothies. Delicious coffee!! We relaxed in the pool area until the evening. But it was a little cool for swimming

The swimming pool is divided into two large, one deep, and one not so, circular shapes with umbrellas and lounges, this is open until late in the evening; the only thing I would recommend here is a partial shade sail could be of benefit

I would rate Jose, Lindo & all front office as 'A' grade personnel, who, from arrival ensured we had a complimentary early check-in from an overnight flight, similarly we were afforded a complimentary late check out to meet our airport departure

Very friendly, attentive staff. I did not regret at all that I booked this hotel. We stayed after arriving early in the morning literally for a few hours before the next flight. The room is large, the curtains are thick

Everything is ok and budget friendly but some issues i faced they don't provide towels.

We got a very spacious studio apartment which was clean, had two bathrooms. Large kitchen with fridge was also available in our rooms. The caretaker Bipin was helpful and recommended sightseeing places in Sur

Excellent Facilities. Basic but clean and comfortable. Convenient and very nice staff managing the desk especially Bibin. About 40 min drive from the turtle reserve.

Good place to stay. The apartments have a kitchen and a good bedroom - living room, a large bathroom. It is just a few meters from the beach.
