Very nice hotel. Clean, and the breakfast was good. There's also a separate building with a women's pool. There are several traditional restaurants nearby. The food there was very tasty.

Room: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service: Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable. Breakfast: Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning

Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration. Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast At the same time staff was friendly and always involved

Stayed: 3 days during a first visit to discover beautiful Salalah. Overall impression: The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality

There is a spa and a restaurant. There is a golf cart for pick-up. The service is good and the room is OK. It is just in time for the tourist season

This was incredible well equipped and impressive. There was also a shower facility there as well. This was located adjacent to a large lap-style swimming pool that was also used for swimming lessons

I selected the Al Madinah Holiday Hotel due to its excellent location and proximity to the Airport as well as the City Center. At first, being located in a manufacturing zone seemed curious, but it works

The water was a comfortable 30°C. An on-site restaurant served the hotel and would make amazing smelling Indian cuisine, especially veggie or chicken Biryani. My room was clean and comfortable

The only problem is that the supporting facilities nearby are not complete and there are few places to eat. It is not as convenient as in the UAE or Qatar. The weather in Muscat is very hot

The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)

Central Location and Friendly Staff The hotel is located in the business district of Muscat called Ruwi. Parking outside the hotel is ample and very quite at night especially if your room faces the mountain

It's not by the sea, but there's a minibus to the beach. There are two malls nearby, and the hotel has a nice park where locals come to relax

Nice location in quiet residential area near beach. Hotel has limited parking on site. Public areas and rooms were clean. Receptionist tried to reduce to a single room from the double that I had booked

Tried the pool which is on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. I did ask a member of staff but none were forthcoming. Restaurant was empty and no bars were open as it was Eid

At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak

Pointed this out and was given a double. next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor

Service was polit and there was an extensive menu. Additional guidance on the menu explaining the dishes would have been helpful. Bar and restaurant downstairs also closed

Although I would like to point out that the toilet emanated bad sewer smell that can be fixed by adding an air refresher, also when I checked out one of the staff made a mistake with the amount given to me but later they contacted me and fixed the problem and apologized for the hassle

The hotel is on the Green Mountain. You need a four-wheel drive to go up the mountain. The room you check in is facing north and there is no sun☀. I don’t know if it is discrimination or something else

The welcome was overall very hectic, the guy who showed us to our room was friendly, but extremely stressed and rushed. There are no showers at the pool which is not very hygenic

At check-in, they just assumed that my name (Alexandra) is a male name and didn‘t even talk to me, just to my partner. I would expect for them to get that this is a female name or just ask who uf us this is

Great location- 5-10min walk to cafes/restaurants (some local shops next to the car park). I relaxed around the pool everyday in the winter sun

I stayed here from Boxing Day to New year's Eve- they had a decorated an Xmas tree inside & outside the hotel, how fabulous! 😊 Great effort

There were no shampoo or shower gel in the room. They provided it to us after 10 minutes from our request. In general it’s ok to stay there for short period of time before flights

The hotel grounds are stunning! The staff is friendly. The waiters work hard, remembering your favorite drinks and bringing them without reminders. The food is varied and delicious. There's always plenty of fruit

One on evening, I had to go up and down the lift 4 times - yes 4 times - because the lady on reception seemed to hear the number 3 when I say 2 - I don't know how to confuse room xx2 for xx3 - English is my 1st language and I speak at conferences, and with English speaking colleagues and clients around the word every working day

Negatives: Mould in the bathroom, water leaks out of the shower onto the main bathroom floor - making a slip hazard No caddy in the shower to hold your soap or shampoo etc, so you have to keep bending down to the floor to get or put your shampoo bottle

The 1st ironing board we were given belonged in the bin - I am not exaggerating - the cover to the board was ripped in multiple places, and bits of metal were sticking out - guaranteed to rip your clothes when ironing

The hairdryer had a difference plug than the sockets in the room - luckily I had my own converter. The access card for our room door kept resetting every single day for the 1st 6 days

Booked this for our 1st time visit to Oman and we stayed here for 12 days. If you are only staying 2-3 days this hotel may be ok - but for longer stays I would not recommend

For me, this hotel was the perfect base for my business trip in Muscat. It made my days easier, more pleasant, and allowed me to go to my appointments feeling relaxed and energized

The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

One of the best Hotels in Muscat. All room services are excellent. Easy access to many locations with supermarket nearby. In house food is of good quality. Morning breakfast is continental and asian, all items are fresh

Unexpected stay after Oman flight was delayed and this was ther contract hotel, happy for the bed for, 12hr delay nice sports bar and large pool table.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable

Our bungalow was actually not a bungalow but a full size house with an enormous bedroom/living room, kitchen, bathroom with an small pool inside (!) and a nice terrace in front of the house

As there were not many guests during our stay, we had all the space in the world. From all the services they offer there, we only used the huge pool area which was really nice

So many different birds flying around and so many beautiful locations for trying to capture the photos! All in all - a wonderful experience and Al Nahda definitely exceeded our expectations
