The atmosphere at the hotel is impressively relaxed, and this philosophy permeates the entire complex. The rooms are very nice, but perhaps don't choose the cheapest ones. Breakfast and dinner are of the highest standard

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The excursions are highly recommended. I am already looking forward to my next visit and hope that my trip can take place despite the current situation

The weather is getting hotter and hotter. It is really not easy for the workers and animals in the Middle East

I would recommend anyone visiting the Al Hajar Mountains in Oman to spend a few nights at Anantara Al Jabal

Great location, very clean and well maintained hotel. For us the best food recently experienced in a hotel! If there is something, then it is just a bit: shadowed places at the pool could be more or better arranged

Of course, it is a little more expensive to stay there, but it is a wonderful, relaxing experience that is really worthwhile and makes your stay in these beautiful surroundings even more restful

The place was clean and whatever the extra amenities you need, they provide that. Staffs were friendly. Room was spacious. No complaints, no disappointments. In fact, I was very satisfied with the stay

Good location, reception staff were less than enthusiastic to assist with queries, the staff in the restaurant were fabulous.

As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access)

Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over)

We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc)

For me, this hotel was the perfect base for my business trip in Muscat. It made my days easier, more pleasant, and allowed me to go to my appointments feeling relaxed and energized

The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

The swimming pool is on the top floor and there are two: a round one for kids and a square one for adults

Fantastic time in muscat. Yasmin is the best. She checked in on us throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet and the chai is delicious. Also Jaffir at the front desk is extremely helpful and kind.

Me and my mom came to the central cafe and we celebrated her birthday the environment was amazing very lovely and cozy we really enjoyed and jasmine the barista served us cake and drinks

Also, no one informed us that the wifi network went from open to a password system, it was only after I enquired that Jaifer aplogised and instantly set up the new password on my phone

The hotel has been opened for about 6 months. Well situated in reference to the airport. There are lots of local restaurants, cafes, and shops to fulfil your needs

Yes, it is a bit on the expensive side, especially considering that there is no direct access to the sea, no real panoramic view, and no gazebo or dedicated spot where you can sit and enjoy the ocean scenery

The receptionist was very friendly and professional (she was a lady) very accommodating and she has started our short holiday by allocating us in such a nice room, each one in this hotel was very respectful, It will be recommended for everyone, One complaint was the electricity was down for such a long with no A/C

Nice size rooms, friendly staff who helped us hire a dhou for the day to see dolphins and fishing. A short 5 minute drive to the port, and Lulu next to the resort. Otherwise not much else around.

The hotel is located on the outskirts, with a Nesto supermarket nearby. There isn't much else to explore, so it's a hotel for beach relaxation. It has its own pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi

My request to fix the curtain was also ignored. The jacuzzi, which was included in the price, was often closed along with the indoor pool for women. There's no shuttle to the beach, supposedly because the beach is closed

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended.

The food was good; we had half-board, and all-inclusive is also offered. You can swap dinners for lunches, which we did because we went on a desert excursion. The lunches even seemed tastier

The beach is beautiful, and the sea is great (there's a shuttle from our hotel to another nearby, which is also walkable; I've attached the shuttle schedule)

Service and staff is very good. Food is amazing. Touring and rent a car service is very expensive but trip to city centre is free which is good. Television wasn't working during my stay though.

Ideal location for Mutrah which you can walk to the centre and the water within about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff and friendly. It’s not 5 star accommodation but good value

In my triple room, the headboard was designed for twin beds, and the third bed felt like an afterthought. There was no electric kettle, and the bathroom was tiny

We stayed for 3 nights while traveling as a group with children, and it was a very practical choice. The location is centrally positioned with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and main roads

If you’re planning to explore Muscat by car, this area works very well logistically. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and heated outdoor pool was a great place for children to unwind after sightseeing

They even helped us organize a small birthday surprise for one of the children, which made our stay extra special. The hotel garden and pool area became our daily meeting point

This is not one of the better hotels in Muscat. It's ok, the buffet diner and breakfast was good and you can choose to sit in or outside the restaurant. There is a reasonable size pool with a beach bar just beside it

I would give them a raise if I were the one in charge. The swimming pool looked great. However one lil complaint is that the cleaning of room is not on time. It was done well on request but not as a scheduled event

One of the best Hotels in Muscat. All room services are excellent. Easy access to many locations with supermarket nearby. In house food is of good quality. Morning breakfast is continental and asian, all items are fresh

You will enjoy your stay and the room rates are bit higher when compared with other hotels, but this one is in peaceful location

I was there for two days and my stay was pleasant. The food is good with a combination of Indian and European dishes. The service is great and receptionists have so much patience and were polite throughout my stay

Unexpected stay after Oman flight was delayed and this was ther contract hotel, happy for the bed for, 12hr delay nice sports bar and large pool table.

The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure

Need transportation to get into Muscat city centre and the taxis tend to charge more for tourist. The hotel itself is quite good with a very big gym and swimming pool

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable

Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served

hotel was wonderfully centrally located, with free parking along the roads outside the hotel. most amenities provided however the body wash and shampoo bottles were so small they were only enough for 1 shower

you can request for more but idk how to operate the in room telephone as there were no information to contact the reception so you had to go down personally to the reception to request

Location strategic, valuable hotel

The 1st ironing board we were given belonged in the bin - I am not exaggerating - the cover to the board was ripped in multiple places, and bits of metal were sticking out - guaranteed to rip your clothes when ironing

They gave us some keys for the safe, but they did not work properly - so we were scared to lock anything in the safe - in case you could not unlock it again - funny hah! The shampoo and shower gel bottles were called something like Eco wash - but they were almost always only half full - so you had to use a single bottle of each every time you showered - so we probably used at least 45-50 bottles between...

I have visited this hotel for a program and it seems very nice. The location is in a bit backward side but still the hotel is beautiful.

In this recent visit we were disappointed with the overall experience. The resort is huge with a lot of greenery and equipped with lot of activities like swimming pool, tennis,cycling to name a few

Our bungalow was actually not a bungalow but a full size house with an enormous bedroom/living room, kitchen, bathroom with an small pool inside (!) and a nice terrace in front of the house

As there were not many guests during our stay, we had all the space in the world. From all the services they offer there, we only used the huge pool area which was really nice

At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak

Pointed this out and was given a double. next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor

Comfortable hotel, with mamy service like: a varied breakfast (sweet and savory), a swimming pool, a gym, a lounge bar, a good restaurant. The rooms are nice and quote large, with comfortable beds and a mini bar

I’m just requesting to put this thing in the room Bathroom: The bathroom is medium-sized and clean. The only downside is that water spreads throughout the entire bathroom area during showering

There is no extra bed available, only an additional mattress. The room was clean, and the mattresses and blankets were also clean and comfortable. There was no kettle , no tea bags , no coffee

We went as a group of 120 pax for 2 days stay and it was amazing stay at Sur Beach Holiday Resort. The reservation team was very friendly, patient and polite to handle the group

This was incredible well equipped and impressive. There was also a shower facility there as well. This was located adjacent to a large lap-style swimming pool that was also used for swimming lessons

I selected the Al Madinah Holiday Hotel due to its excellent location and proximity to the Airport as well as the City Center. At first, being located in a manufacturing zone seemed curious, but it works

The water was a comfortable 30°C. An on-site restaurant served the hotel and would make amazing smelling Indian cuisine, especially veggie or chicken Biryani. My room was clean and comfortable

The area was actually quite quiet, and the hotel was extremely comfortable. Whenever I had a question or a problem, Mohammed S. in Reception was there to help. , and Moses in the fitness area

The only problem is that the supporting facilities nearby are not complete and there are few places to eat. It is not as convenient as in the UAE or Qatar. The weather in Muscat is very hot
