Very tired decor. Dirty looking hallways and coming areas. Staff unfriendly. Spa average. Lots of families with small kids.
This is a weird place - almost great, but suddenly horrible in unexpected places. The aquapark is great for something included in the price. Nice pub design, large rooms with balconies, decent food, facilities open quite long. Wide spa offer. But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet...
Great place for family with children. Rooms are comfy, staff is friendly and helpful. The service including food is great. Spa area realy spacy and sufficient. We come again. Private parking possible. Prices are affordable.
Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option
It is quite nice place, not a hotel, with well-equipped rooms, conference centre or children facilities, good for families, with some animations for the younger ones, including aqua park with a kind of limited access to hotel guests. The rate for the May weekend was pretty pricey.
Either my or Booking misunderstanding at the begining of our stay but the lady at the front desk, Agnieszka did a great job a got it sorted. She was so kind and went really beyond. Well Done!

Great location . Good service However! Decor , state and feel ( tired , worn out, dull …)
I was not impressed. Our room was big and refurbished. However everything else in the hotel (including our hotel room bathroom) was very oldschool. That applies also to the staff and service. No interest, no smile. Breakfast was sufficient but we saw much better around. Only positive is their pool, but its surrounding/design is not very welcoming either.
The staff should be more friendly

Very nice hotel, perfect for families with children. Free parking. Good location. Friendly staff. Nice pool area with jacuzzy and saunas. Very clean. Free wifi. Would like to stay there again.

Fantastic place to visit, very high quality food and restaurant, not typical at all, great value for money. Superb staff, both professional and friendly. Great Spar, super clean again with lovely staff. Not many places get 5 stars, however with the food quality and Superb staff, it's well deserved. I will be back :)
Really good hotel with delicious food and drinks... SPA, massage perfect, suitable for couples and also for famil.
Really nice, clean and comfortable accomodation. Rooms are big, breakfast very rich and also dinners were delicious. Spa in basement - perfect. New and clean.

The room was spacious and had atmosphere Sauna is great after a hard day hiking Breakfast and staff also fantastic I will come again when I am in Karpacz!
Hotel with a reasonable price with a good level of accomodation. Quite a long way to skiing slopes but the hotel has its own car (9 seats) so the can transport you easily. Quite a good restaurant with typical Polish meals.

Overall the hotel was quite nice. A very big plus for the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage. It is a pity that it is open until 9 PM during summer holidays. But the rooms, unfortunately, in my opinion, are not fully adapted to the number of guests. We had two rooms. One bedroom was ok. Large bed, wardrobe, desk. The lounge is much smaller. The children slept on the fold-out couch...
Second year in a row visiting this hotel during the winter and it was fantastic. The food is delicious, traditional Polish kitchen. Clean swimming pool and sauna. Massages offered in the hotel are very professional. About a 15min walk to the centre of Karpacz. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable! Thank you and see you again!

Hotel where we recently stayed for a week. Small dark room with sloping walls in the roof. You have everything you need, but a few things could be better. Worn out mattresses, TV that is much too small with no foreign channels. So the room could use an update. Bad smell in the spa area, lack of ventilation? A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality...
Positives: very nice building, good location, good rooms, tasty and varied breakfast. Weaknesses: room service, weak Wi-Fi, relatively low level of English knowledge by employees
Lovely place should be rated 4 star ate in restaurant next to hotel 20%discount if staying in the hotel restaurant absolutely fabulous
No ev charger, restaurants nearby close early
The room was large and very clean. It was cleaned daily, the bathroom was comfortable and enough for two people. Lots of choice when it comes to food, but the location of the room on the side street is not so good. Noisy, lots of vehicles on the road.

Amazing time spent with my parents and older brother during christmas. Perfect locations, close to the centre of the town. Very cosy, warm, and lovely interior of the hotel. The staff is very nice and lovely. The food was excellent as well, great breakfast and dinner. The spa and wellness centre is also great. I recommend for family and couples. 10/10 Breakfast has everything that you want or need...

The hotel is clean, well-kept and intimate. At a high level, without the crowds and hustle and bustle, delicious breakfasts. The lady at the reception is very polite and helpful (she can quickly solve any inconvenience). I recommend it with a clear conscience.
I had the opportunity to participate in training here and I am impressed 😃 A great place for accommodation and business meetings as well as for relaxation in Karpacz (I'm not hiding I'm picky 😁). Neat, clean, practical. Great understanding staff will be happy to help (with such people I bode a great success) 😎🙂. Regards and heartily recommend. I think I will visit this place more than once :)
In my opinion, the facility and the service deserve a strong four stars. Rooms clean, delicious breakfasts, the Spa zone looks very decent and an additional advantage is the possibility of direct descent to the mountain stream to cool the body (hardly any where such a possibility exists). has 10 rooms, it gives an intimate feeling of stay - despite the crowded Karpacz. Summing up, a nice alternative...
