The apartment was perfectly clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool, and the staff was very polite and helpful. However, there were a couple of downsides for me: there were no disposable slippers provided in the apartment, and there was no daily housekeeping service, which I consider a minus.

We didn’t have breakfast in the main building, which we were not informed about in advance. The breakfast was therefore very poor with a very limited selection. You really don’t get to relax in the wellness area, it’s basically a kids’ aquapark. That’s something I can accept, but what is not acceptable is the level of cleanliness in the changing rooms and around the pool. There were hair and dirt...

Very clean and beautiful resort. Great for families with kids. Big aquapark with slides, wavepool, and a wellness for a small extra cost. Nice little town and good hiking trails. Just the road from Czech boarder is very narrow and winey. So if you have kids that get car sick, prepare.

Everything is fine,,, for example, there is free access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi,,,, in the room there is a TV, a fridge, a safe, glasses, a plate,,, there are also towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer,,,, it's a pity there is no kettle,,,, in the club, for example, there is bowling, billiards and even on Saturdays you can dance ☺️

We visited the aquapark at Sandra SPA and had a great experience! The water was warm, everything was very clean, and the whole place is well-maintained. It’s perfect for families with kids there’s plenty for them to do but also great for adults thanks to the quiet zones where you can relax and unwind. A great balance of fun and relaxation for everyone!

This is a weird place - almost great, but suddenly horrible in unexpected places. The aquapark is great for something included in the price. But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet...

Hotel used to be the creme de la creme of Orbis hotel chain. But that was long time ago…. Now the glory days are over, and the main advantage are the huge area occupied by hotel grounds (tennis courts!) and huge parking lot. Service is mediocre, rooms worn out. The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart. The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.

Phenomenal !!!! My daughter (16) and myself decided to re-start ski-ing and snowboarding in Karpacs. We picked the.e mercure hotel, allthough it is not directly located at the ski Arena. But I know Accor hotels around the Globe. This hotel stands out and can only be rated as superb in all Matters. Slowly: Booking and check in was super smooth. It is very average hotel as for its price. They speak only Polish, the breakfast is included, but it was too average as well. The views are magical, but the territory around is small. The room was with the great view and clean, but the toalet was broken and at random moments it was flushing. We weren’t provided with clear information about the barbecue zone at the reception that was key point for us...

This is a hidden jewel. The view of the surrounding mountains was beauty full. The breakfast was really far above average,it was great.

It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water. And as a plus the views were beautiful, we could enjoy the mountains from every angle. We will definitely come back.

Excellent place with a magnificent view. Went here with my family and was totally worth it, breakfast was delicious, fresh and had a lot of options. The rooms are well thought and clean. A new building which includes a small swimming pool, a sauna and a vapor room, all three of them were supebr. Food is incredible and so was the friendly staff who helps you. A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. Nice but a bit boring hotel. Heating was on full blast without any possibility to adjust. TV and entertainment was outdated. Always nice with a refrigerator. Sauna was warm enough, but to dark. Pool size was generous.

Lovely clean Hotel with friendly Staff. We stayed 3 nights and used the Spa facilities. The Jacuzzi and Sauna are particularly nice. Food-wise the prices are average, but the food we had was better than the 3 Stars would suggest. Skiing lift is a short drive away and you can even walk it if you wish. It's also very close to a local shop Zapka and Petrol Station.

Fantastic place to visit, very high quality food and restaurant, not typical at all, great value for money. Superb staff, both professional and friendly. Great Spar, super clean again with lovely staff. Not many places get 5 stars, however with the food quality and Superb staff, it's well deserved. I will be back :)

The location of the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre. Situated in a very quiet area of Karpacz.Good breakfast with a lot of options and a nice SPA area to relax after skiing or hiking in the mountains.

Very nice place to stay for a week. It feels like home and the owner is very friendly. Dogs are allowed. The place is beautifully situated in the mountains, away from the hustle of the town. It is peaceful and quiet, beautiful views of the mountains and forest and a very good starting point for trails. Highly recommend!

Overall the hotel was quite nice. A very big plus for the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage. It is a pity that it is open until 9 PM during summer holidays. But the rooms, unfortunately, in my opinion, are not fully adapted to the number of guests. We had two rooms. One bedroom was ok. Large bed, wardrobe, desk. The lounge is much smaller. The children slept on the fold-out couch...

Second year in a row visiting this hotel during the winter and it was fantastic. The food is delicious, traditional Polish kitchen. Clean swimming pool and sauna. Massages offered in the hotel are very professional. About a 15min walk to the centre of Karpacz. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable! Thank you and see you again!

There are no loungers to rest on after sauna, the space is very limited. Not enough towel hangers. No towel service, you have to bring the towel from your room. Sauna itself is good.
