Pensjonat Karkonoski SPA in Karpacz

Nice place, situated near Wang church. Comfortable spacious rooms. Use of spa included in price. There were a few negatives to our stay. The spa is somewhat rudimentary. There are no loungers to rest on after sauna, the space is very limited. Not enough towel hangers. No towel service, you have to bring the towel from your room. Sauna itself is good. No drinking water in the spa complex, it is necessary to go out to fetch some. The other downside is the cafeteria. There is a single coffee machine there and it is painfully slow, which leads to queues. Several times during our three day stay, the coffee machine would show some error messages and requried fiddling to get it to work. On the last morning, it stopped making milk based drinks at all. The staff did not care. The same applies to the juice dispenser. More often than not it was empty a noone seemed to be bothered to refill it. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was great, very good selection and variety. We did not try to get a dinner at the spot, therefore I can't comment on it. Overall, the hotel is nicely equipped, location is great, staff are friendly. Decent value for money. I would recommend a stay there, but there is definitely some room for improvement.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel (3 adults and one child 11 years old). It feels like at home and people were very nice. Thank you!

Pluses:
free coffee, tea and juices from 8:00 to 21:00. From machince but nice.
Food is tasty.
Beds are ok.
Staff is very nice.
Parking.
Sala zabaw is nice.
Minuses:
No elevator!!!!!!!! Very challenging with a baby.
Poor breakfast selection.
"Pool" (3*3) wasnt even active although email said it should be.
We thought there will be animatorzy but there werent... Just someone from the staff that also supposed to entertain the kids... Disapointing.

The hotel is very nice and rooms are clean. The staff is very kind. Spa is smaller, there isn’t a space where you can place your towel etc. (only two chairs). The staff was confused about gluten free diet, they cooked for me separately, but they didn’t have to. I can eat chicken with vegetables and potatoes where flour isn’t used. Gluten was stated also next to the eggs 🤷🏼‍♀️. We recommend this hotel !

I had the opportunity to spend Christmas in this wonderful and charming place. The guesthouse is run by a married couple with a very high personal culture, who treat both guests and employees as family. The Karkonosze SPA was beautifully and festively decorated. We had the opportunity to taste the great food served by the property. The ladies from the service are wonderful, competent, unobtrusive, dressed elegantly and with class. It was a wonderful time and we will be back for sure.

The facility is located near several lifts. Close to the cable car to Śnieżka or to the Wang church. Great staff, great contact. I recommend it especially for families with children. There is a toy room in the property, it does a great job. Breakfasts are something wonderful, everyone will choose something for themselves. As for dinners, they are good, but for the price of those in the facility, you can definitely find something for yourself in one of the local restaurants. Peaceful, pleasant, clean. It has a fridge and a safe. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Free parking for guests, as well as sleds or apples for children.
The SPA place with saunas or jacuzzi is great.

Very comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and dinner and lovely staff. If only they could speak English it's superb. Thks a lo
