I was not impressed. Our room was big and refurbished. However everything else in the hotel (including our hotel room bathroom) was very oldschool. That applies also to the staff and service. No interest, no smile. Breakfast was sufficient but we saw much better around. Only positive is their pool, but its surrounding/design is not very welcoming either.

This hotel is located in Centrum. The hotel has a friendly staff. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is served from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room. The breakfast has a large selection.
The bedroom is large and modern. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning is perfect. The hotel has also spa, I recommed it.
The hotel is perfect if you want to go skiing or hiking in the mountains.

A very enjoyable stay. Everything's fine. Delicious food. Pool great. very close to everywhere, lots of attractions around, I recommend for sure we will be back.

The only thing I can attach to and the temperature of the water in the pool - a bit too cold and the rooms a bit old.

Good location for trips to the Giant Mountains. It is also quite close to the center. The pool is cold, but the water is cold. Billiards is broken, so is table football. The sauna is not working. The place has potential, but requires refreshment and funding. Service without complaint.

Overall ok 👍 we occupied an apartment for at least 8 people. Clean, nice. The facility has a small gym, a swimming pool (cold water), unfortunately, a different games room. Restaurant. I recommend 👍☺️

Good location, beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Needs to be refreshed, especially the staircase, but the rooms and toilets are clean. Nice, atmospheric swimming pool. Very nice and helpful staff. I recommend.
