These things were rectified swiftly the second day. The food was very good in the restaurant, although the waiter, Kamil, was not particularly friendly. Breakfast was not great - like in a 3-star hotel with very little selection, no live cooking or honey from the honeycomb. All in all, we had a good time but a few things need to be improved for a genuine 5-star experience.
However, there were a couple of downsides for me: there were no disposable slippers provided in the apartment, and there was no daily housekeeping service, which I consider a minus.
You really don’t get to relax in the wellness area, it’s basically a kids’ aquapark. That’s something I can accept, but what is not acceptable is the level of cleanliness in the changing rooms and around the pool. There were hair and dirt everywhere.
This was our second stay, we gave the hotel another chance, but we won’t be coming back again.
The breakfast is normal and average for those who have travelled the world and seen how exceptional the breakfast is. The dinner is terrible and we didn't have a good choice for 4 days, plus everything was in Polish and we didn't understand.
The spa is amazing, a big place but unfortunately the timing is really bad. They open at 9am at the earliest but by 10am it's so cold and they're not even ready. The same goes for the pools which are all freezing cold, even for children and old reviews mentioned this but I guess nothing has changed in the last years.
The biggest shock and disappointment for us was that after 2 days of our stay they blocked our cards. I went to the reception to ask what was going on and he asked me with real disrespect if I was sure about the dates of my stay and how many days we had in the package!
i showed him the reservation and without any apology or respect.he activated the cards and gave to me.
Just to be honest the rooms were really clean thanks to cleaners.
