Where to stay with pets in Karpacz

PROS: Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent amenities and a great variety of activities for kids – especially the pools and sauna areas, which were a real highlight

For example, my partner was celebrating a milestone birthday, but there were no options for a small celebration like a chocolate cake or candle in the dining area – so we celebrated after checking out

The food was consistently delicious and well-presented. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: We’re giving four stars instead of five, mainly due to the service experience

While staff were generally polite, they didn’t go the extra mile

When it comes to food options for vegans—where I also need to use many vegan products because I’m allergic to gluten, nuts, dairy, and I can’t eat some vegetables—it was so limited that it’s shocking how such a large hotel cannot provide for vegans or vegetarians

The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, in its current form, it’s hard to recommend. The rooms are clean, but the furnishings have seen better days. The staff is adequate, though not particularly engaged

Great place for family with children. Rooms are comfy, staff is friendly and helpful. The service including food is great. Spa area realy spacy and sufficient

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option

But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet - you are basically treated like a thief in the making

Ignoring the treatment of the customer, basic math tells you that the guests will quickly spend more at those machines than they pay for a full day of parking

The lady at the reception desk told us that we are forbidden from doing that because our parking expired with the room and we must leave within 15 minutes

Then when we checked out from our room, we wanted to stay a little longer to play the machines in the pub area (air hockey etc

This hotel is located in Centrum. The hotel has a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is served from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room. The breakfast has a large selection. The bedroom is large and modern

On the contrary side, the facilities with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were open until 22:00. Also, the room could be warmer. Apart from that, everything was great

The bed is comfortable and the cleaning is perfect. The hotel has also spa, I recommed it. The hotel is perfect if you want to go skiing or hiking in the mountains

The bed listed as one for a couple is actually two narrow mattresses put together with a gap in the middle, Ill advised for couples that like to cuddle :) The hotel advertises a gym, but it's just one multi - exercise machine and 2 light weight dumbbells

There also is a sauna but we did not try it. For that price there might be better offers nearby, but perhaps we were unlucky with the room

Pleasant environment, comfortable room, including the bed. The staff was helpful, I was just surprised that they demanded payment for the accommodation in cash, even though the conditions were for payment by card

Rich breakfast and well-prepared scrambled eggs. The park of miniatures at the hotel is also interesting - the visitor will meet a number of buildings during a tour of the city

We felt very well here, everything could be arranged without any problems. We wanted to stay a bit longer in the pool area and that was no problem at all, we asked for extra towels and that was no problem either

Very well located hotel with beautiful surrounding in the peaceful spot. The rooms are spacious and meet expected quality for that price

The kitchen service was very nice surprise and that together with the SPA service makes your staying pampered very well especially after hiking in the mountains

Beautiful pool and spa area, not busy at all so pretty much had to ourselves. Desserts were always great and bed soft and clean.

We stayed at Sowia Dolina at the end of January. The food was very good and there was always a nice selection for breakfast and dinner. The facilities are well maintained and there is always something to do

Even though it was snowing and people were dragging in snow all the time, it was quite incredible to see how the staff kept the corridors, elevators and other areas clean without disturbing the guests

Since 2008 we had always traveled to new places each ear including Carribean or South East Asia but to Artus resort we since the first visit come every year

An undoubted advantage is the acceptance of animals at a very good price and a nice owner. Even though the TV does not work, it does not bother me somehow

18, where I had the opportunity to stay, a kitchenette available one floor below the view of the mountains is like someone is 180 cm tall (roof window) torn contacts hanging on the cables, the floor in the passage to the bathroom, a poorly finished threshold, you can hurt yourself, a double bed on the right side broken springs from the window, the TV is but not working because of the switch to tvbt...

I was going with the intention of walking, not tracking in the room. Additionally we took breakfast for 3. Everyone ate to their fullest

Old scandinavian look city motel. Good food. Quite place located at the very top of Karpacz city.

Nice service, good breakfast, good location, bus next to the resort every 30 minutes to the center, close to the Wang temple. Outside, there is a parking lot, a playground and a place for a bonfire

The building is very nice from the outside, inside it is ok, it has already lived for a few years, but for someone who comes cheaply to sleep and hit the trails, it is a great thing

The place is located on the edge of the forest, close to hiking trails, so you can start sightseeing after leaving the facility. The apartment we rented has a beautiful view from the balcony and bathroom to the forest

A great place, a beautiful modern guesthouse (everything still smells new) The building is situated in a wonderful forest corner of Karpacz. There is a swimming pool on site, a heated bathtub outside ……

Minimalist design, with attention to every detail. We were pleasantly surprised by the sauna in our bathroom and the swimming pool. We sincerely recommend "Forest Bath" as a good place to relax

Good location for trips to the Giant Mountains. It is also quite close to the center. The pool is cold, but the water is cold. Billiards is broken, so is table football

Overall ok 👍 we occupied an apartment for at least 8 people. Clean, nice. The facility has a small gym, a swimming pool (cold water), unfortunately, a different games room. Restaurant. I recommend 👍☺️

Price compared to competitors is available. In change we get a clean room and bathroom, which is more than the competition. Conditions to spend a few days in Karpacz, as for me very good.

We were on a weekend in June, very pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is renovated, large rooms, we were impressed. Now if Karpacz is only Jade.

The rooms are nice, clean and warm. Equipped with everything you need - kettle, fridge. Two kitchenettes are available on the first floor

We didn't miss anything - to the "Karpatka" slope 8 minutes on foot, to the center about 20 minutes

Great location for going out to the mountains, a bit far to the center but a walk along the stream makes up for it. Good breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves

Large, spacious rooms, we have personally found the best one, because after leaving the balcony, the wonderful landscape and the view of Śnieżka

Lots of choice, freshly prepared every morning/ 3 choices of cooked food ( eggs, meat, veggies) + cold buffet of endless amazing food ( cheese, meats, salads, veggies - it changes every day) including home baked cakes ! yum! - Everyone working in Ustronie was super nice and helpful

- Very clean and warm, good-size room with a new bathroom and nice, hot water:) There are glasses and dessert plates with spoons in the room, a kettle on the corridor, extra blankets in the room and towels provided
