Where to stay with pets in Karpacz

It’s a real pity — she spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. It was also difficult to relax in the wellness area because loud music was playing from the pool, as they were holding a fitness session for four people

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet place, but at the same time a short distance to hiking trails, the ski slope and the center of the city Karpacz

Breakfast was very varied and catered for all tastes. It was well managed, so we never had to wait for a table

Loved the property and the location but the staff could have been more friendly especially in the Polish restaurant

However, there were a couple of downsides for me: there were no disposable slippers provided in the apartment, and there was no daily housekeeping service, which I consider a minus

Live music in the evenings! Generally this is how I immagine a modern 5 star hotel. Of course there are mistakes here and there: a broken window handle here, a missing toilet paper there, but no big deals

Everything is fine,,, for example, there is free access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi,,,, in the room there is a TV, a fridge, a safe, glasses, a plate,,, there are also towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer,,,, it's a pity there is no kettle,,,, in the club, for example, there is bowling, billiards and even on Saturdays you can dance ☺️

I'm italian, I never seen something like this in Italy. Beautiful place and panorama, a wonderful and accessible spa. Funny swimming pools for children. Free deliciuos buffet food. I will be periodic guest.

Very clean and beautiful resort. Great for families with kids. Big aquapark with slides, wavepool, and a wellness for a small extra cost. Nice little town and good hiking trails

Just the road from Czech boarder is very narrow and winey. So if you have kids that get car sick, prepare

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option

Good location. A lot of pools and saunas. The rooms are little bit old. Cleaning should be ordered separately at the reception. Monotonous breakfasts.

The whole spa team is excellent, but her massages have a level of precision and care that stands out from anywhere I’ve been. Every friend I’ve sent here walks out saying the same thing: that was incredible

I’ve stayed in Accor hotels across the world and had massages in some of their most luxurious spas. Nothing compares to Ania at the Mercure Spa in Karpacz

It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water

Excellent place with a magnificent view. Went here with my family and was totally worth it, breakfast was delicious, fresh and had a lot of options. The rooms are well thought and clean

We generally really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. It has a convenient location, near the trails and lift - we didn't need to use the car at all

Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Very good breakfasts - goat cheese and salmon are a rarity on hotel breakfasts, you can come with dogs and spend time walking in a beautifully adapted garden with a chill zone right next to the stream

We felt very well here, everything could be arranged without any problems. We wanted to stay a bit longer in the pool area and that was no problem at all, we asked for extra towels and that was no problem either

Beautiful hotel, nice water Park for vacation, hills are not many, but there is also a sauna and a salt room, and pools with different temperatures. Of those water parks that I have been for a child is ideal

Given the hotel’s location, the vast majority of guests arrive by car, so it would make much more sense to include parking in the reservation price rather than charging separately afterwards

Lot of pools also with thermal mineral water 💦. Breakfast is good, lots of choices but was a bit upset of dinner in RedRestaurant. Rooms: Very poor condition, old furniture and one simple sofa for two kids age 6/9

5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality

Jedyne minusy to to, że mimo podanych godzin otwarcia sauny, nie zawsze jest nagrzana (chociaż jeśli poprosisz, zawsze chętnie nagrzeją), no i jaccuzi trzeba aobie zabukować i można korzystać jedynie godzinę

Location: rather high in the village, not too far from the center of Karpacz. For me more important the hotel is closeby startingpoints for the hikes to Sniezka mountaintop. I have enjoyed my time at Greno hotel

I spend five nights in a one person bedroom. That room was ok, interiour could use a slightly upgrade. Facilities are good! Nice swimmingpool, welness and massage, I have taken the latter on my last day

Even though most of them don't speak English but it really didn't matter. 15-20 minute walk from the hotel to the skiing lifting. In afternoon, I visited the spa service and had a really comfortable and relaxing massage

Then i went to the restaurant on the ground floor to have dinner. The meal was really tasty and the price was reasonable. The bed was really cozy and soft. As for breakfast, it is also very very good

The location of the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre. Situated in a very quiet area of Karpacz.Good breakfast with a lot of options and a nice SPA area to relax after skiing or hiking in the mountains.

General hotel service as if nobody wanted anything. A big plus for being with a dog. Parking quite large, free of charge

This hotel is located in Centrum. The hotel has a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is served from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room. The breakfast has a large selection. The bedroom is large and modern

This isn't the first time we've eaten and stayed overnight at Nad Potokiem. Everything was delicious. The portions were generous. You don't have to wait long for your food. The rooms were clean. I recommend it.

There is a single coffee machine there and it is painfully slow, which leads to queues. Several times during our three day stay, the coffee machine would show some error messages and requried fiddling to get it to work

As for dinners, they are good, but for the price of those in the facility, you can definitely find something for yourself in one of the local restaurants. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer

Nice place, situated near Wang church. There were a few negatives to our stay. The spa is somewhat rudimentary. There are no loungers to rest on after sauna, the space is very limited

No towel service, you have to bring the towel from your room. No drinking water in the spa complex, it is necessary to go out to fetch some. The other downside is the cafeteria

The facility is located near several lifts. Close to the cable car to Śnieżka or to the Wang church. I recommend it especially for families with children. There is a toy room in the property, it does a great job

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town. Wi-Fi connection is free and fast. Rooms are tidy but pretty old fashioned and you can see some wear and tear

The bed listed as one for a couple is actually two narrow mattresses put together with a gap in the middle, Ill advised for couples that like to cuddle :) The hotel advertises a gym, but it's just one multi - exercise machine and 2 light weight dumbbells

There also is a sauna but we did not try it. For that price there might be better offers nearby, but perhaps we were unlucky with the room

Stayed a week in February 2024. Breakfast and dinners are great - good choice of products, you cannot leave the restaurant hungry! Rooms were big, beds comfy. Hotel is very quitet, and far away from the main road

There is a kids cornder with games and toys, saunda (had no time to use), pool room (had no time to use), big free parking. Staff is great - whatever you ask they will do their best to help you

There is a ski slope with ski lift accross the road, few ski rental places, another lift for begginers 100 meters down. Tropikana Aquapark @ Golebiewski is 5 min walk

They only challenge was there was very little snow in Karpacz but definelty beyond any control by the hotel :-)

18, where I had the opportunity to stay, a kitchenette available one floor below the view of the mountains is like someone is 180 cm tall (roof window) torn contacts hanging on the cables, the floor in the passage to the bathroom, a poorly finished threshold, you can hurt yourself, a double bed on the right side broken springs from the window, the TV is but not working because of the switch to tvbt...

The building is a bit dated, and some rooms need updating, but it was clean, warm, and pleasant. The owner was very kind, and the food was fantastic. There was a wide selection and everything was delicious

We were a group of five over Christmas. Biedronka, Netto, and Żabka are right next door. It's a short walk to the city center

Large room, clean and warm all day. In the common area, guests have access to a fridge, kettle (there's also a kettle in the room), microwave, plates, cups, and cutlery

I consider the stay successful, the service and the location are +. The only thing I can attach to and the temperature of the water in the pool - a bit too cold and the rooms a bit old.

Good location for trips to the Giant Mountains. It is also quite close to the center. The pool is cold, but the water is cold. Billiards is broken, so is table football

Overall ok 👍 we occupied an apartment for at least 8 people. Clean, nice. The facility has a small gym, a swimming pool (cold water), unfortunately, a different games room. Restaurant. I recommend 👍☺️

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, it will be even better if they speak some more english :-) Hotel is located quite near the "center" (if Karpacz has something like a center) so most of the points of interest are in the walking distance

The room interior is not something that is on their photos: no carpet, tasteless interior ginger furniture, curtains are dirty and not blackout

With a small group of guests, we received a plate of cold meats, cheeses, and vegetables, more than enough for two. For larger groups, there's a buffet, always with hot dishes made upon request

Near the promenade, a colorful waterslide 50 meters away. Rooms are pleasant, well-maintained, and clean. I highly recommend it and will definitely return

The hotel room was clean and tidy, the private whirpool in the evening was very relaxing (Ambient music could make it even better, but that's about personal preference), peeling and massages were great

at the hotel they feed well, large portions for dinner, they also give dessert but no coffee. The choice for breakfast is decent but it's only until 10 am
