Hotels with pool in Karpacz

When it comes to food options for vegans—where I also need to use many vegan products because I’m allergic to gluten, nuts, dairy, and I can’t eat some vegetables—it was so limited that it’s shocking how such a large hotel cannot provide for vegans or vegetarians

” How can someone not know whether a product contains an allergen? Additionally, the lady at the entrance to the canteen told me that each dish would be labeled with potential allergens

Additionally, when I asked the lady to make scrambled eggs without fat because of my allergy, she just frowned at me and said, “How can you not use fat?” Unfortunately, I can’t

That was also inappropriate behavior, and in my opinion, the canteen staff should not speak to guests in this way

Unfortunately, there was no such thing, so that’s a huge minus

Overall, the hotel is huge, there’s a large pool where you can have a lot of fun, kids can have a great time with their family, there’s plenty of relaxation space

Great place for family with children. Rooms are comfy, staff is friendly and helpful. The service including food is great. Spa area realy spacy and sufficient

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option

But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet - you are basically treated like a thief in the making

Ignoring the treatment of the customer, basic math tells you that the guests will quickly spend more at those machines than they pay for a full day of parking

The lady at the reception desk told us that we are forbidden from doing that because our parking expired with the room and we must leave within 15 minutes

Then when we checked out from our room, we wanted to stay a little longer to play the machines in the pub area (air hockey etc

On the contrary side, the facilities with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were open until 22:00. Also, the room could be warmer. Apart from that, everything was great

Breakfast was sufficient but we saw much better around. Only positive is their pool, but its surrounding/design is not very welcoming either

This hotel is located in Centrum. The hotel has a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is served from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room. The breakfast has a large selection. The bedroom is large and modern

The bed is comfortable and the cleaning is perfect. The hotel has also spa, I recommed it. The hotel is perfect if you want to go skiing or hiking in the mountains

Very nice and cozy place, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The jacuzzi could be bigger - it can only accommodate 2-3 people

Great location. Near all the attractions. Short walk to the entrance to the Karkonoski Park Narodowy (red trail).

We felt very well here, everything could be arranged without any problems. We wanted to stay a bit longer in the pool area and that was no problem at all, we asked for extra towels and that was no problem either

Very good breakfasts - goat cheese and salmon are a rarity on hotel breakfasts, you can come with dogs and spend time walking in a beautifully adapted garden with a chill zone right next to the stream

Beautiful pool and spa area, not busy at all so pretty much had to ourselves. Desserts were always great and bed soft and clean.

A beautiful building with modern Sauna and swimming pool facilities. The grounds are also lovely, with a small river flowing by where you could have a BBQ. I am not giving full marks however as the rooms were a bit dated

The kitchen service was very nice surprise and that together with the SPA service makes your staying pampered very well especially after hiking in the mountains

We stayed at Sowia Dolina at the end of January. The food was very good and there was always a nice selection for breakfast and dinner. The facilities are well maintained and there is always something to do

It's perfect place for every group ages, couples, families or retired. Fantastic service, clean and modern, perfect location. 15 minutes walk to Karpacz centre or 90 minutes to Sněžka 1603m

Tasty meals, diverse choice of food. Attentive, kind and helpful staff. Enormous swimming pool. Quietness. Good transit by local bus to all hike starting points

Even though it was snowing and people were dragging in snow all the time, it was quite incredible to see how the staff kept the corridors, elevators and other areas clean without disturbing the guests

Minimalist design, with attention to every detail. We were pleasantly surprised by the sauna in our bathroom and the swimming pool. We sincerely recommend "Forest Bath" as a good place to relax

A wonderful place with a view of the forest, beautiful and modern interiors. In addition, the swimming pool with steam bath and sauna in the apartment are impressive

The place is located on the edge of the forest, close to hiking trails, so you can start sightseeing after leaving the facility. The apartment we rented has a beautiful view from the balcony and bathroom to the forest

A wonderful place for "townspeople" but not only :) currently my favorite place in the Karkonosze Mountains, the facility has a high standard, great location, all possible amenities

Overall ok 👍 we occupied an apartment for at least 8 people. Clean, nice. The facility has a small gym, a swimming pool (cold water), unfortunately, a different games room. Restaurant. I recommend 👍☺️

I consider the stay successful, the service and the location are +. The only thing I can attach to and the temperature of the water in the pool - a bit too cold and the rooms a bit old.

Good location for trips to the Giant Mountains. It is also quite close to the center. The pool is cold, but the water is cold. Billiards is broken, so is table football

We were looking for a place for 1 night, going down the trail from Śnieżka in the late afternoon. A very nice man from the reception, offered us 1 night for 2 people for PLN 240, including breakfast

Everything was very tasty (like mum's). Food in abundance, and I would even say that there was a lot of it. Even the most delicate palates were very pleased. Super service, nice and fulfilling all wishes and requests

Room equipped with everything you would expect from a holiday home, very clean, which is the most important thing for us. Very tasty breakfasts, a large selection of Swedish dishes, good coffee

At this price in Karpacz, it's hard to find a better offer for the money, we also definitely recommend and greet the Lord from the reception. PS: We're going to the Pieniny Mountains now;)

balconies, require a little renovation, but there was a two-year pandemic. And these are not the most important places in this building. Therefore, five I also ordered a birthday dinner

I hired a few rooms to make my birthday at this resort. All guests were very pleased with the size, equipment and cleanliness. The only small minus is too soft mattresses

I found this situation very problematic, both from a customer service and honest dealing perspective. Seems to me this is how the hotel makes extra income, by charging guests for lost towel cards

It was a nice bonus having our own sauna in the bathroom. The spa facilities were well designed and very relaxing. Only the pool area was getting quite busy at times with families with children

Access to the pool area is dangerous - very slippery (not only for kids, for adults as well). Generally a nice hotel, with great food, but I wouldn't even consider going back there with small kids

Live music in the evenings! Generally this is how I immagine a modern 5 star hotel. Of course there are mistakes here and there: a broken window handle here, a missing toilet paper there, but no big deals

The room is not too big, but it is enough to do proper endurance or strength training in a hotel setting. Equipment in good condition and good quality. Next to the swimming pool there is a jacuzzi and a sauna

Children's pool, warm enough to stay there as long as you wish. Sauna for parents, you can relax there after having a hike. A small playground outside the backyard, a play room inside near the kitchen - heaven for kids

But the juice from the machine was really bad - you must solve this! The hotel has an indoor swiming pool (with children section), with jacuzzi, and sauna

This time we have decided to try a relatively big hotel at the end of May. This is great value for money , a paid parking a bit of disappointment but other facilities beat it

overall ok but: noisy people in the jacuzzi, no bathrobe nor towels to borrow for the swimming pool.

Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

We had beautiful time, food is excellent and room is cozy, and stuff young and friendly. ☺ Pool is little to small but that is not big problem for us. ☺

Lovely hotel. The Christmas decorations were fantastically done. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quick 5 minutes drive to the slopes, will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a good location, about 1km from the town centre. There is free parking and staff are friendly. The room was nice, with good views from the balcony

Second year in a row visiting this hotel during the winter and it was fantastic. The food is delicious, traditional Polish kitchen. Clean swimming pool and sauna. Massages offered in the hotel are very professional

Quiet area, safe, parking, sweaming pool, good breakfast - these are advantages of this property

There was even somewhere in the day to sit down. The bathroom, on the other hand, is simply a failure. So small that it could barely fit one person. There were toiletries and towels

Two nights in Malachit Hotel Maybe location is not in the city center this type of accommodation suits for my needs. Walking distance through the wood to the center of city attractions
