The hotel room was clean and tidy, the private whirpool in the evening was very relaxing (Ambient music could make it even better, but that's about personal preference), peeling and massages were great.

The overall experience was nothing great. The room was clean, but very noisy.
It didn't seem to bother anyone from the staff that at 3am some polish people were literally yelling in the hallways and in front of the hotel.
The restaurant food and service is god awful, but more on that you can read in my review on the restaurants place.
When we were checking out, no one was even at the desk, so had to resort to just putting the key on the counter and hoping that would be sufficient.
P.S. they don't have many parking spots (for which they charge 30 zl per day), so the best bet is to arrive early (although I would rather advise not sleeping here in the first place).
Definitely do not go if you're not polish, you won't feel welcome at all.

Nice hotel, unfortunately very noisy. Probably construction not properly done. When your some one in rooms around using bathroom you know it. We requested to shorten the stay due the the noise during the night but hotel refused so we pay night which we didn’t use the room. In hotel restaurant tthey have quote that if you will leave the comment you will get shots for free.

Stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner. for two came out 594 zł for two. the location is excellent, not far from the bus stop and from the cable car. at the hotel they feed well, large portions for dinner, they also give dessert but no coffee. coffee only for breakfast. The choice for breakfast is decent but it's only until 10 am. we were also ate a compliment from the hotel as we were celebrating.

A very enjoyable stay. Everything's fine. Delicious food. Pool great. very close to everywhere, lots of attractions around, I recommend for sure we will be back.

I consider the stay successful, the service and the location are +.
The only thing I can attach to and the temperature of the water in the pool - a bit too cold and the rooms a bit old.

Good location for trips to the Giant Mountains. It is also quite close to the center. The pool is cold, but the water is cold. Billiards is broken, so is table football. The sauna is not working. The place has potential, but requires refreshment and funding. Service without complaint.

Overall ok 👍 we occupied an apartment for at least 8 people. Clean, nice. The facility has a small gym, a swimming pool (cold water), unfortunately, a different games room. Restaurant. I recommend 👍☺️

Good location, beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Needs to be refreshed, especially the staircase, but the rooms and toilets are clean. Nice, atmospheric swimming pool. Very nice and helpful staff. I recommend.
