I spent a wonderful night at the Hotel Alegría. My room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the park. The location was close convenient to the major downtown attractions while being removed from the major streets to provide some quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely going to be my go-to hotel in Lisbon.

My husband and I stayed here just this past weekend on our first trip to Lisbon. All I can is that I fully understand why it’s on Conde Nast’s luxury list. I am one for the little details, and they paid attention to this. The rooms were not only stunning, but so clean. Staff was incredibly attentive, kind and helpful - especially during such a hectic time in Lisbon with the rainfall! We’ve stayed at some very prestige spots before but this is hands down on our favourites! Thank you for the wonderful stay - we’ll be back!

The Hotel Spa is not free for customers, nor was it properly communicated anywhere. Upon calling reception to book time slot for Spa, the staff never mentioned it is paid.
The spa itself isn’t worth the price they charge. It is passable if it was free

We had a lovely stay here! David, Hayelli, and Ines were wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The overall guest service was great, our room was clean and charming, cleaning services was great, and the location was convenient. The staff made us feel very special for our honeymoon experience by leaving us a thoughtful surprise in our room when we checked in: flower petals, desserts, and champagne! So sweet and thoughtful. We would stay here again and would recommend to others. Obrigado!

rooms are clean. showers cannot handle when the water comes full speed so should look at drainage issues.

service is very friendly. i like the design of the rooms but they’re all pretty small and not soundproof. you can when other rooms flush their toilets

The is the best hotel I stayed in Europe so far. The staffs are polite. When I opened the room door. They already have two Pastel de Nata and a bottle of champagne on the table. The breakfast are amazing. You can order hot food from the menu. They are fine dinning quality. Location are perfect for shopping. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again next time. Great Job ! Hotel Hotel !

Very nice hotel, the rooms are beautiful, a mix of modern and old. The bed was very comfortable, the wooden blinds block out all the light, the bathroom is well furnished and everything is clean.The concierge service is amazing, Ines pointed us in the right direction on things to see, transportation and restaurants. The hotel is well situated. The only problem is the elevator that is a bit scary, I think it is overdue for an inspection based on the date on the sticker. Overall great experience.

Lovely hotel, very central location.
Staff were great. Friendly and helpful.
Acoustics in room weren't the best, was woken a number of times in the night by people in the room next door.
Unique artworks on each floor of the building and very quirky decor throughout.
Breakfast was lovely. A good selection on the buffet and nice choices on menu.

Well what can I say? Very good food, good wine, great location right in the middle of town with a fantastic atmosphere some helpful waiters and great people... All in all highly recommended, I'll be sure to return their at some point. Excellent overall

Popular local place with excellent service. The food is great (but the vegan dessert option of orange with mint tastes like dish soap, give that one a miss) and comes quickly. Great ambience being in a beautiful old townhouse.

When I go to The Decadente, I feel at home. Maybe I am a bit decadent. I know place, know the waiters, know the vibe. The service is great (fast, flexible and always with a smile). The menu is nice (not amazingly elaborate but it's tasty and refreshing), it changes often, even though I know that I'm getting that chocolate cake at the end. And the brunch is also amazing. My go to place when I want to go out and feel at home. Good job!

This place is more for the eye than it is for the stomach. The restaurant had a great layout very chill atmosphere, with good service. I had the steak it was good, cooked well. The wine selection was okay could have had a few more options. As for price it was mid range, we spent about 60 euros roughly and got two meals and a bottle of wine no starter. Portions aren't to big but we were satisfied.

Decorated with Indian style. Nice atmosphere. The food is great with traditional Indian taste. The manager is welcoming. Staff are attentive and helpful. Prices are affordable.
