Strict check in time, but able to leave luggage, and they take them to your room for you. Clean, good location. Spa area is peaceful and relaxing, spa pool nice and clean, mandatory swimming cap which they provide. Rooftop bar nice view, did not try the food/drinks

It was an impeccable weekend, the hotel is beautiful, with concrete and wood details, the decor is very welcoming! The terrace has a wonderful view. The staff is all very friendly, but Paulo stands out in every way! Friendly, polite, helpful and very social, even though he is always there! Due to staff reductions due to the pandemic, he was always present and in a great mood! What can be called “the one man show”. Breakfast is very good, but I highlight dinner, a 5-course tasting menu for a very good price, very well cooked, as Paulo recommended us, and how good it was! (The reception should have taken the initiative to recommend meals at the hotel, if it weren't for Paulo and we didn't know there was a restaurant). The pool was a little cold on the first day, as was the space itself! The pool organization is also very good to avoid crowds! I hope to come back!!!

Lisboa pessoa hotle is really wonderful hotel, this is my first time here, lisbon as my first stop for traveling Europe, this hotel just give me a great beginning. The receptionists are very friendly, because I came here early and would like to storage my luggage, and they are so kindly to help me check in and sent my luggage to my room directly. At Christmas evening, they also give me some small gift some, so sweet.
The location is perfect, near the Santa Justa Lift, you can walk there only 1-2mins, and I also think it located in the center of alfama, close to many malls and landmarks.

Very nice place if you would like to enjoy a transitional Fado night. Try to be there either at 8 or at 10.30 the 1st show ends around 10 so if you won't catch it from the start wait till the 2nd show. Plus there is a minimum charge per person.

Great music, loved the experience. Prices are high, so you may consider going for the late service and just have a drink or dessert there (there is a minimum order to seat down) while you enjoy the beautiful performances.

Singers and players still good. Was here 5 years ago, but like a lot of Lisbon has sold its soul to the tourist devil. Full of tour groups who don't respect he protocols of silence and ban on flash photos. Service average, and floor management rude. Look elsewhere for fado authenticity now.
