The hotel location is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-designed. The bed is extremely comfortable.
However, the hotel requires significant improvement in customer service and guest management.
On the first morning, I was woken up early by loud maintenance and construction work in a neighboring room. The noise was excessive and unacceptable. I contacted reception multiple times and requested that the noise be stopped, but there was no response. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the work would take only one hour; however, the noise continued throughout all days of my stay.
I also requested to change my room to a quieter location, but I was informed that no rooms were available, despite the ongoing disturbance.
In addition, housekeeping failed to properly refill coffee, tea, and water. When items were requested, they were delivered in an unprofessional manner. Even after asking the staff to ensure proper refills on the following days, the same issue continued.
Overall, while the hotel has great potential in terms of location and comfort, it needs major improvement in management, customer service, and guest relations.

Very nice hotel in the city center of Lisbon.
Easily accessible, rooms are big clean et comfy. Shower is as hot as wanted and still got great pressure even on 9th floor.

My stay at the NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade was absolutely amazing. The location on Avenida da Liberdade is unbeatable—perfect for walking to the best shops and historic sites.
The room was impeccable and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch. I especially want to thank the restaurant and lobby bar team for their wonderful hospitality during my meals. A very special mention goes to Paula at the front desk; her assistance was incredible, making me feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Highly recommended!

Overall, a wonderful experience!
We were pretty early so we checked our bags in and freshened up in the restrooms. Then, after we checked in they provided complimentary egg tarts (delicious) and water.
The location was also great very easy to find and close to the metro.
Would highly recommend and stay here again!

The hotel is incredibly noisy. We had a suite on the 7th floor. The windows overlooked two sides, both facing the well where the hostel is located. For five days, there was drunken screaming! It was impossible to sleep, even with earplugs, because of the acoustics (the bed was very uncomfortable). The room had everything you need, and was well-cleaned. They forgot to lock the safe with the money in it, but nothing was stolen. But the inability to sleep, unfortunately, made the stay unbearable. And frankly, the suite was very average...

We’re only in Lisbon one night on a layover between stops on our honeymoon. We got here when a huge bus tour was also checking in so the lobby was completely swamped. Mariana was so hospitable checking us in and apologized, even though it was completely out of their control and had a smile on her face the entire time. We went up on the rooftop to kill some time since we were a bit early for our check in. The view up there is unreal. Diogo was bartender and he’s so nice. Told us his specialty was espresso martinis and they were perfect.
Came back to change before dinner and found this incredibly sincere note with some nibbles and a bottle. We have never mentioned we’re here on our honeymoon. They did all of this out of the kindness of their own hearts. Just genuinely good people. Would recommend them to anyone.

The room was OK and the location was good. Because it was on the main street, there were many homeless people at the door.

The room is large and clean. There is a heated towel rack, which is very convenient for drying clothes.
The location is on Liberty Avenue, the famous brands are on the same street, LV is next to it

Spent New Years Eve for dinner and celebration. Food was plentiful and wine wonderful. Had a great time.

Service was good. But food wasn't. We ordered the fresh cod fish platter for 2 pax which was highly recommended by our server. Unfortunately, it tasted like it has already gone bad. We're not sure if this was normal in Portugal, i.e. the cod was smelly and salty. But it's definitely nothing like fresh cod we've tasted in other parts of the world including Spain and the United States. We couldn't finish our food due to the bad taste.

It was recommended by our taxi driver as a good traditional Portugese cuisine and good fish. It was indeed really good fish !! We saw some gigantic sea food dishes as well. Really big servings and real simple side vegetables, but good. The place is simple for looks. Wine expensive in my opinion. Tourists buses came in but went to the back room. Watch out the bread and pâté on the table will be charged if you eat some.
