The property is right in the city center; in a convenient location that allows you to easily get around on foot.
Everything is generally clean, both the lobby and the room.
The photo in the advert is a bit misleading; the room I was assigned was smaller than the one in the photo, and instead of a small balcony, there was only a window, but it was still very bright.
During my stay, the elevator was out of order, which was a major inconvenience: the lobby is on the third floor and the rooms are on the top (fifth), so this is a factor to take into consideration.

The location is great, the hotel is cozy and clean. The staff is not customer-oriented, low. And as it turned out, on the street where the hotel is located, bars are open all night. It is impossible to sleep.

It was difficult to locate the hostel as it was a small door with a colourful poster (not eye catching initially) beside an Kebah resturant. Lift was the old sch lift but im glad it work with my heavy luggage. The staff was friendly, check in was easy. Room was awesome as i was the only 1 on the last day (4 bed female dorm). However a bit noisy along the corridor in the middle of the night at other rooms. Breakfast was cheap and simple, was being serve. Overall its a good stay and walking distance to every location.

The staff are very warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to answer questions and help with anything. The common area is set up to encourage conversation, and the kitchen is well stocked. My room was big and the bed was very comfortable. I was on the 4th floor and the view was spectacular. Porto is a beautiful city.

The hostel is located at a very convenient location. Just a short walk from the Metro. The rooms and washrooms are clean. The staff are friendly and warm. Thank you.

The Terylene sandwich was excellent. While the roasted pork was juicy and succulent, the toasted bread was one of, if not the best I've ever had.

First rate for Portuguese food. Dealt fantastically well with my many food intolerances. Meat was succulent, having been cooked very slowly, and portions were sizable. Dessert was done to perfection: not too sweet, not too heavy, and wonderfully fruity.
