Very good location to get in from the airport and for the convention center that I was visiting for work. I enjoyed the hotel, which had good facilities, helpful staff and was great value compared to others we looked at.

Clean tidy, great room’s spacious digital lighting takes a bit of sussing for a dunce like me but not a major issue.

Room was far too hot and the place smelled a bit weird at points, the elevator to use you need a key card and over 2 days I had to go to reception 3 times to have this fixed. Ate from north which is the connecting restaurant and the chicken wings left me feeling not the best

The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. No kleenx in the room and short on towels. When they brought the needed towels they were still wet. Otherwise it was a clean, attractive, and convenient place to sleep. Great beds!

Hotel is in a great location for arrivals from Connolly station as it’s literally across the road. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and we had a very spacious room. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch also. We would stay again.

Knowing The Address from Dubai, I knew I could expect quality. Located on a main road across Connolly station, the train noises were only noticeable on the outside.
As we arrived very early we accepted the first available room after an hours wait in the beer garden. We don’t normally accept twin rooms but as I was unwell we took it. A clean, classy, modern room, in comparison to which the bathroom with a bath looked a bit outdated. But the room had our fave rooibos tea!
The hotel has ample F&B choices: a bar, cafe, restaurant and a ‘beer garden’ - a cute one too with useful heaters on the wall.
Service in these areas however lack protocol, which we always seek in hospitality.
The gym situated at the end of the premises is a public one, which means there’s non-hotel resident traffic through the corridors.
It took us a moment to realise and a confirmation from the concierge that the hotel also houses ‘temporary residents’ evident from my fellow smokers in the beer garden and the children in their school uniforms having their breakfasts in one of the bar areas.
We didn’t expect this from The Address chain. It reflects the reality Ireland is coping with.

Extremely unhappy with the last experience. I was tight on time and wanted to get some chicken wings which my wife is really fond of. Went to the bar as asked them that do they have anything cooked already or not.. the guys said yes they are ready and I said if you could give me a take away in next 5 mins as I have train to catch. While I was talking to the bar guy some other who seems to be the manager commented in a derogatory way that there is supermacs around the corner like I was not sure what I was asking.
This was the most unprofessional and racist comments I have ever received in last 11 years of my stay in Ireland.

A very good place to drink and socialize with the people from IFSC and near by area. Decent crowd and please go well dressed.

The ambiance is nice and it is quite easy to book there if you are a big group! There is lot of choice of beers and spirits! Regarding the food I appreciate the fact that they can make vegan food on demands (do not forget to tell them when you book your table). It is not the best vegan food you can found around but this is not the most important as you can enjoy a great moment with your friends/family without starving!

Don't let the awful smell of vinegar put you off when you walk in. Not a bad spot out the back. Takes a while to get served and it's super expensive here but handy for meeting up before going somewhere else or waiting on the train.

Expensive and too crowded. Hard to find a place to sit. It has good vibes but it is not my type of bar/pub.

Nice rustic ambient. Recommend the scallop starter, meaty big pieces of seared scallops topped with bacon and crisps. Great satisfaction for protein lovers. Steak is mediocre, a bit over cooked for medium and seemingly seasoned with barbecue sauce, beef jus sauce is a bit too starchy. Will give 5 stars if steak improved.

Brilliant place to eat before the Bord Gais. The food is really good with an extensive wine list & staff ready to make recommendations. Highly recommend..

The food was great, but the service quite slow. Great place for both small dinners or a group gathering. Even if busy you don't feel it's full and other guests are right on top of you, which makes for quite a cozy atmosphere within your group.
