Friendly staff, nice modern clean room. I was given access to the lounge. Never used it but a nice gesture.

Staff friendly upon arrival, we arrived at a busy check out time, left our bags with the reception. Came back later in the day and the gentleman remembered us from the morning and couldn’t apologise enough and up graded us room. The whole experience was great, staff very friendly throughout our stay, lovely breakfast room , good choice of food only downside was there were no beans and coffee wasn’t the best tasting .
Would definitely recommend and will come back. Looking forward to see what the spa includes when it opens

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always provided for any requests made, creating a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay.

Lovely comfortable.room complimented by thoughtful service with a smile. Irani was wonderful at reception. Gym across the road is excellent.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well located near the downtown area. The only thing was that the drain shower was very slow and maybe a bit clogged. The bed was very comfortable.

Lovely hotel and a great location! Staff were super friendly and made our stay very special. Has a lovely little bar next door called the ginger man also. With friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Clean room - bit small but their standard queen.
Nice bathroom - Location one of main reasons we stay there when in Dublin - staff at reception is extremely good as well. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Isdiri and Cailque were especially helpful to us.
Their breakfast buffet is delicious and broad.

My mom loved it! Great staff and service. I added an upgrade to surprise my mother with a drink and chocolate to our room the first day and she loved the hotel. She said the hotel had a cozy vibe. Room was clean and hotel had an old fashion decor that I enjoyed. Thank you
