Good value for money, and close to the indoor stadium, which was convenient for attending a concert. The room was a bit cramped, and the toiletries weren't very plentiful (only one soap box for showering, shampooing, hand washing, everything...). But at this price point, I can't really ask for more. It was perfectly fine for a two-night stay for a concert.

The room was a bit cramped, and comfort was just okay. However, it was cleaned daily and kept very tidy. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. There are plenty of great and affordable dining options nearby, and with three bus stops within a 5-minute walk, getting around is super convenient. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially for Singapore.

I stayed here in October while visiting Singapore for the F1 race. The hotel is pretty compact—the room was tiny, just enough space to sleep and not much else. That was fine since I was out most of the time anyway. The weirdest part was the bathroom, though: no curtain or door, which was definitely awkward. Cleanliness was okay, nothing special. If you just need a place to crash and don’t mind the lack of bathroom privacy, it does the job.

Such a nice place. It's convenient for us that there are many restaurants, 711, bus station and supermarket nearby. We can go to National Stadium on foot.

Great hotel in a bad neighborhood, though i was lucky nothing happened to me. You can still consider staying here if youre on a tight budget

This is fairly a good budget plus hotel with modern rooms, conveniently located, near by lots of restaurants and walkable bus stop. MTR is bit far close to 30 minutes walk.

The rooms are as shown in picture with fairly priced and there is no amenities, however the front desk staff is warm and welcoming. I didn’t had any issues during my stay.

Beds were clean, comfortable with good shower pressure, which was surprisingly impressive.

Overall a comfortable stay for the price.

This hotel is located in the bustling old town, surrounded by many shops and, notably, a street full of restaurants. There's a significant presence of Indian and Malay communities, which means there are many hotels in this area offering good value. The room itself was quite nice, very clean and modern, and the soundproofing was good. A special shout-out to the fantastic Bak Kut Teh restaurant across the street from the hotel, apparently ranked fourth in Singapore – it was delicious!

I booked this hotel for a concert, and the location was excellent. There's a bus stop nearby, plenty of convenience stores and restaurants, and best of all, it's really close to the venue – only about a 20-minute walk, haha!

Good nasi lemak. Unique item is their kicap manis fried chicken. Only place I found that sells this item. Their curry chicken also goes well with the nasi lemak.
