The hotel is quite close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk. There are plenty of food options near the Lavender MRT station, or you can take one stop to Bugis for more dining choices. The front desk staff speak both Chinese and English, which makes communication very easy. It would be even better if there was a washing machine.

The hotel rooms are very small but clean, and the reception staff are very friendly. There are many local restaurants nearby and it's close to the subway station.

The room was a bit small, and breakfast was just okay, but it was decent for the price. The hotel's location is pretty good, quite close to the subway station.

The hotel was close to Lavender Station, and there were many stores nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly and kind. The breakfast was not bad, but it could be better if there were a coffee machine.

Rooms is really small but if you want good location and value price that’s your only choice.
One of Hotel cleaning staff seems like lack of training, the hotel had a very limited space walk way and while we bringing 3 luggages with a baby stroller to go our room. He just ignore us and let to go first, insist to finish his work and without greeting. The rest of staff is much more better than him.

3. An adjustable shower head would be better, especially because the bathroom has a single floor level and the entire area gets wet

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the subway station. There's a gym, a food court, and an affordable supermarket nearby, yet the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet – couldn't be happier! The subway makes it really easy to get to all the tourist spots, including the airport. The room is a bit small, but it has everything you need (except for slippers). The front desk staff are very helpful; they can connect you with a Chinese-speaking service and offer free luggage storage. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, so I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

It was a pleasant stay, the staff at the reception was super welcoming and friendly, the room was small but clean. It’s only missing a closet and the fridge was noisy. Apart from that everything was ok :)

The hotel is up to standard. Service staff is very good, nice and friendly.
But the major problem of the room is not soundproofing. I heard every activity outside the room all night.

I ordered these two cakes that were recommended to us. They're sweet and have fruity flavors like lychee and lemon but weren't as satisfying as richer flavors, such as chocolate mousse. We also had the french onion soup, which was fantastic!

Really nice cosy and comfort place for afternoon tea. Ordered the popular salted egg yolk croissant and it was big and really nice. Probably one of the best in town ??

You can't ignore it as you pass by. The charming ambience and the pastries at the window are a great invitation to get in.
Been there for the afternoon tea and for dinner, and will return. Good food, great pastries and a wide selection of teas. Worth the visit, definitely.

Was there on 12th August and the experience was not as what we expected.
Overpriced because of cover charge the management should consider if patron dine in of minimum spending to waive the cover charge 4 of us came n the bill came up to $151 Which we only had 1 drink n main course similar to a middle up market eatery. Taste of food already so so if we have paid for that kind of price. We go to other live band place which we pay for either just drink or with food and never pay for cover charges. Plus the singer are like having a time of their own on stage though they play the songs requested. Not exactly the kind of experience I had else where.
If I need to sing and experience the kind I had that night I rather pay to go to community centre which is lower cost, similar experience and even get to sing.
Or we have came on the wrong set of singers and also was our 1st trip there think waiter / waitress should make an effort to explain about the cover charge. Else why we still paying gst and service charge if they do not do any of these?

Was there on 12th Aug. The 2 male singers on the 1st set were talking among themselves. Poor interactive skill and treated the audience invisible. The food is not impressive! For such a place, cover charge should not be imposed! It's not up to that standard. Or probably consider waiving off cover charge with a minimum spending. Personally, this place is over-rated. That will be my first and only time there.

I knew this place through mediacorp drama Crescendo and brought my family here tonight for dinner. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Good music, good singers and decent food at reasonable price. Will come back again.
