Hotel Classic by Venue in Singapore

The hotel was great, very satisfying! The staff spoke Chinese, and the power outlets were compatible with Chinese plugs. Alph, Wee, and Toh provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. My conditioner ran out, and they even went to the convenience store to buy a new bottle for me. Amazing!

This hotel is superb!!. We really enjoyed our stay. The Filipina and 2 man in the front desk are so nice and so accommodating. So near in the grocery store, hawker and 5mins walk to the bus stop. A lot of restaurants nearby. Thanks for the keychain freebies for my kids. Its their firstime in SG they had a nice feedback esp in the Hotel. I will recommend this Hotel surely😉

Clean room,cold aircon,small room,with windows but not much sunlight,average burget hotel

Booked 2 rooms. Small but very clean and confortable bed. Polite staff and was given early check in at 12pm. Plenty of eateries. Overall very happy with this hotel.

The room isn't big, but it's not too far from the airport and cheaper than staying downtown. There are plenty of dining options with various cuisines nearby, and you can get to many places directly by subway or bus.

Nice clean boutique hotel near public transport and malls. Allowed early checking at 11am when I was arriving in the morning.

Excellent value for money! For the price, this hotel offers a fantastic experience in a prime Singapore location where space is at a premium.

The room, though compact, is well-designed, clean, and tidy. Our triple room had one large bed and one small bed. We did have a window, but it was always dark, likely a false window.

The bathroom is a bit small, and there's no complimentary bottled water, though a kettle is provided. (Most Singapore hotels don't offer bottled water anyway).

The location is superb, and the surroundings are quite pleasant. It's within walking distance to Paya Lebar MRT station. Right opposite is a Malay food court, and there are some Indian restaurants nearby. However, if you prefer Chinese food, you might want to be cautious. We walked about 15 minutes to the nearest Ya Kun Kaya Toast, which is right by the MRT station!

Front desk service was excellent, with staff able to communicate fluently in Mandarin. Check-in was efficient, and luggage storage was convenient.

Booked the hotel for a layover.
Very clean room and toilet. Toilet looked tad modern too. And they have filtered potable water at the toilet tap.
Everything else works well: TV, A/C etc
It is a small room, as advertised - so expect that size.

Good location with a lot of eateries.

Very good location near the bus station and near by the food hawker staff is very kind and sweet very helpful and friendly recommend for the business trip or travel alone
