I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the poor hygiene standards. The room was dusty, with visible grime on the surfaces and a musty odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom was the worst part; the shower had mold in the corners, and there were stains on the towels that looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. The bedding didn’t feel fresh, and I even found a hair on the pillow that clearly didn’t belong to me. It was evident that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, which is simply unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff was incredibly annoying. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, they knocked several times early in the morning, waking me up unnecessarily. When they finally did come in to clean, they were loud and seemed to be rushing through the job, which likely contributed to the lack of cleanliness in the first place. I do not recommend staying here if you value cleanliness and your peace and quiet.

Location is good, it’s nearby the mrt station too. Lots of food around the area.

The app errored when we try to do the online check-in, twice the app logged itself out when we've already checked ourselves in. Although, MRT station is just in front of the hotel, many chinese and indian food available near us.

New kind of environment and place. Can check in without talking to anyone. Its a stupid place. Small, no toothbrush, cabin. Some rooms the bed needed to climb ladder. Im not that curious, maybe cus im not a kid anymore excited to see a like a 'bunk bed' kind of style. When im on the bed, its hot. Cus well, cold air from the aircon tends to descends. (A small time scientist). Worst part is $80 deposit, return is late. Like 10-14 days. What if i needed the money to pay loan shark?? (Im kidding)

I might say that brutally honest, but ive stayed there twice already 😅

Didn't read previous guide posting. Ok disappointed. No more tapas bar. New management. The staff said after new year will do renovation. Well..will see how next year

The (downstairs) restaurant is closed / being renovated.... However, the upstairs rooftop bar (using the menu from downstairs) is open.
Not worth it, it was empty on a Saturday night. We only had drinks (and the accompanying free tapas which really weren't that great).
Will have to return when the restaurant/bar downstairs reopens.

Was on the lookout for paella and found Zsofi - does a pretty decent plate of paella. The rooftop dining/bar area is also a great place to hang out in the cool of evening.

Good Indian food. Have been a regular for years. Quality however has taken a hit past few months. Still worthy of praise. You can’t go wrong with the menu here.

As they mention: probably the best North Indian restaurant in Singapore! Great collection of food and all that I have tried till now was delicious. Quite affordable for the taste and quantity. If you are a beginner trying Indian for the first time: go here, it will give you the taste you will remember. If you are a connoisseur of Indian food, again, go here - it's the taste of North India!

I really like this place. Been many times, food is always great. Good vegetarian options! Service is ok! Drinking menu fair and good considering it’s in Little India I’m glad they even serve alcohol ☺️

I have been going to Khansama for so many years I've lost count. The food has always been top notch and the staff super friendly. I can't find a way to contact the management directly so will post here. A few nights ago I went and the food wasn't just not up to standard - it was bad. The chicken tickka was still nice and the naan was fine but the rest of the dishes were bad. Things I have probably ordered 20 or more times. We sent back the spinach with cottage cheese and we sent back the lamb korma. I don't know if the chef was having a bad day or a new chef took over but I wont be back... which is sad because I have always taken visitors hungry for Indian to this restaurant. On Wednesday night I was embarrassed because of just how poor it was.

Excellent food but the drink menu is not so great. The service is efficient and quick. There is quite a queue on weekends so better to be early.
