I traveled with my two children (ages 5 and 10) and stayed in a family room with shared bathrooms. The room had a loft-style layout with one double bed upstairs and one single bed downstairs. It was equipped with a TV and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There was also a shared kitchen which was very convenient. The shared bathrooms were occasionally a bit dirty during busy hours but overall they were acceptable.
What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the male staff member. He was very friendly professional and always willing to help whenever we had questions. His outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
The room was small, but decent for the price you’re paying. I booked a room with a private washroom, while my sister tried one without just to compare and honestly, both options were good in their own way.

To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff was incredibly annoying. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, they knocked several times early in the morning, waking me up unnecessarily. When they finally did come in to clean, they were loud and seemed to be rushing through the job, which likely contributed to the lack of cleanliness in the first place. I do not recommend staying here if you value cleanliness and your peace and quiet.

Not worth it, it was empty on a Saturday night. We only had drinks (and the accompanying free tapas which really weren't that great).
Will have to return when the restaurant/bar downstairs reopens.
