I think the staff given us transit level meaning those who took few hour , where by a lot of guest in and out till we can’t really sleep well till morning then we fall asleep .

I need a room not near the lift but given near the lift.can hear a lot of noise in n out from the lift . That was terrible. Request ( relax room far from lift ) .

This is the worst room 202 that we even stay .
Stay cation for relax but end up this time round we ended up super tired by all the noise that we heard from room . Sound water can hear from the top or side omg .

We stay a few time before level 4 and 5 there won’t be problem .

Last but not least pls kindly take note call me ( ms hor ) but not by my full name thanks I dun mind showing you my booking voucher thanks so much .

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The location is outstanding, providing easy access to a variety of shops and eateries within walking distance, as well as a supermarkets.

While the hotel offers a superb location, the only minor downside is that the nearest MRT station is about a 15 to 20-minute walk. The room was impeccably clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere, although it was slightly smaller than I anticipated. Despite its size, it was well-appointed and comfortable, making it a great option for budget travellers.

Great experience! Most Fragrance Hotels are on Balestier Road, and this one is significantly better than the Oasis across the street. The staff were also very friendly. I'd choose to stay here again if I come back.

Clean and cozy, very quiet, friendly, and comfortable. I almost always choose to stay here when I'm in Singapore. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, and plenty of food options nearby, like Sichuan Yangou Restaurant and Hainanese chicken rice. Plus, there's a park not too far away.

Maybe they can also provide disposable slippers for guests. All staffs are accommodating, esp Mr. Erik.

Perhaps I had gone too late that night and the soup had been cooked too long, so I found it very salty. The ribs were nice and the pig trotters were alright (huge portion though still a tad tough for my liking). The blanched veges was a huge portion too.

The pork was tender; the soup was not too hot/spicy. Price was reasonable. Tasty.

I used to really like the Bak kut Teh here but my recent experience was not as good. The peppery soup was not as tasty as before. Refills are still prompt and generous. The meat was a little tougher than I remember.

Still a decent Bak kut Teh but not my favorite any more.
