Clean, tidy, and comfortable. It's a shame the room was so small. I'd recommend bringing a 20-inch suitcase to save space. Convenient access to transportation, dining, entertainment, leisure facilities, and business convention centers nearby.

This is a great hotel! The room was incredibly clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even let me check in early when they saw my phone was almost dead, which saved me a lot of trouble.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a great environment. It's convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation, with several bus stops right downstairs. The staff are very friendly.

The room didn’t look like the pictures. I booked a room with a window ledge, but when I checked in, it was just a regular room with a glass window. A bit disappointing.

On a business trip to Singapore, I found the price to be very, very reasonable, especially considering that accommodation in Singapore is generally expensive. This hotel was pretty good and conveniently located, offering great value for money.

Hotel Value Nice in Singapore: 9/10 🤩
Okay, so like, this place was *actually* pretty neat and clean. 💯 Everything was on point, just like the description said... except for one tiny detail: the locker was totally ded 💀. But NBD, the receptionist was all apologetic and said they'd ordered a new one. So, props to them for the honesty! 🙌
The window? OMG, so colorful! It was like a unicorn threw up rainbows 🌈. Even though it was fixed, it was still a total vibe. The bathroom was fresh as a daisy 🌼 (no weird smells, yay!), and the geyser was working like a charm. ✨ Only downside? No bidet. 😭 But honestly, it wasn't a dealbreaker.
Overall, it was a pretty solid stay. The front desk staff were super helpful, especially this one guy I met in the evening (sorry, dude, I forgot your name!). You were a lifesaver! 🙏 You deserve a raise! Seriously, this hotel is totally worth checking out if you're ever in Singapore. Just don't expect miracles from the locker situation 😂.

Rooms are small but acceptable. But full with dust behind TV and pictures. Receptionist who help us to check in was very rude and insulted us like he paid our stay.

Good value of money. better book here if you solo travel and dont want to stay in hostel with double decker bed

i really love the Beef Bacon Cheeseburger, the taste is so good. However i hate the service so much that sometime i would rather give up and chose to eat something else. This is not the first time that i receive my pizza late, and every time i need to wait for at least 1 or 2 hours more. The service is really unacceptable. Please do something about it.

I have pre-ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 Hawaiian and 1 Chicken Salami, coming with 1 of each free at about 6pm on 31Dec, for 8pm delivery. Payment was made through my credit card. SMS confirmation received on 8.01pm for the 8pm delivery. There was no sign of delivery and I kept calling the hotline 62410241, which was very busy. Managed to get through and speak to a person by the name of Damian, at about 9.30pm, who has promised to check and call me back, Indeed received his call shortly, who told me that the delivery o=would be fulfilled in 15 minutes time. Delivery did not show up and so I called again at about 10.20pm. Line got through at about 10.45pm and spoken to a lady named GR, who first told me that their system shown that the pizzas were delivered at 8pm. I told her no and she said that she will get the Changi Branch to call me, I demanded to speak to the manager in charge and she said that I will be hearing from the Manager in 10 minutes time. Waited till 11.10pm and decided to publish this. The service is ridiculous bad and unacceptable. I do hope to hear from someone in Canadian Pizza, who can make decision to call, before I take this further, not forgetting the refund.

From the many customer service I have spoken to, I was told that your system shows that the order had been fulfilled, but it was not. The pizzas ordered were meant to be the dinner for my staff, who worked through the new year. Fortunately, the online order placed with another fast food chain did happen. I am not looking for any compensation. Just want to have my money back.

I absolutely love this place. Whenever I want a pizza without doubt I will always order a Canadian Pizza. They are always on time, they never get my order wrong and I always get my money's worth. And they have amazing deals, I mean 2-4-1 pizza is just too good.

I love the spicy beef one. Very well done. Problem being that they offer free drinks for order over 43 dollars but OFTEN forget to deliver!!!!!!!!! And yet the delivery guy kept on promising an additional bottle next time!!!
