New, clean and comfortable stay.

Had to book this hotel last minute as our previous booking turned out to be false. This hotel could not have been a better choice. We received booking confirmation immediately along with all be assured details.

The area is safe with shops and restaurants. Rooms are nicely decorated with all amenities. While it is further out to the centre, it is closer to the therme and airport which worked better for us. Would stay again.

Super cosy hotel suitable for travellers whose here for nomadic work and leisure travel. Got the studio room with a cosy table and chair that I can work during the day.

Ngoc and team has been super helpful and incredible in their hospitality, ensuring I settle in very well. Look forward to the next stay!

Although on Booking claims to have a parking space, not even public parking wasn’t available nearby. We left the car on the sidewalk at the indication of the host. The room doesn’t have sockets in the bathroom to use a flatiron or curliron. There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow so we had to carry our luggages on the stairs till 3rd floor. Except that, the room was very clean

Graffiti Hotel Bucharest was an amazing find. The location is perfect, central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless, with a modern, clean design that made the stay extra comfortable. What really stood out was the staff: although there’s no traditional reception, they were always just a call away, super friendly, and ready to help anytime. The self check-in process was smooth and efficient. I had all the details beforehand, and everything worked flawlessly. They also have this nice terrace with a great view over the city. I stayed there over the summer and the vibes were immaculate. Overall, it was a hassle-free, welcoming experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

My company booked the room through a travel agency and I was not aware, that there won't be anyone at the reception, and didn't have any info even how to get inside the building.
I was lucky, as someone came and helped me to find a phone number I could call and get the necessary info.
The room was quite okay, but this is actually not a hotel, there's no one at the reception, it's self check-in. You can ask for breakfast, that will be delivered to your room, but you'll have the same breakfast every day.

Good bed, nice bathroom.

Breakfast area was being refurbished so breakfast deliverd to the room.

- Had no shower head holder.
- Found prevous persons hairclip in my room.
- dusty on the hat shelf.
- no outlet on rigth side of the bed.

× had a card deck spayed across the roof outside the room, funny to discover,
found a joker, a heart, a spade, a clover and a diamonds on the window sill so my ocd was happy

Very nice, fulfilling German style food. The place is an old house and is wooden covered with various German artifacts, and the service is very professional.
