Staff is not rude or unfriendly at all. We are American. We felt safe, welcomed, and well served. I will say, website makes you think there are 3 restaurants here. But there's not. Its one restaurant, with 2 different menus rotating based on time of day. And a bar concept for the 3rd. Not a deal breaker. This place is great. Book it and enjoy this fine city.

Excellent hotel. You can find a couple of little things to find fault with, but there is no such desire. I liked everything. It was very nice to receive congratulations from the hotel on my birthday: a bunch of balloons, a couple of wonderful desserts and a card with wishes written by hand were waiting in the room. The hotel is right in front of the famous Arbat Street, with easy access to two metro stations (the light blue and dark blue lines). We even walked to the Kremlin—it took us about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, strolling down Arbat Street, passing by the Lenin Library, and arriving right near the Kremlin ticket office in the Alexandrovsky Garden.

There are two metro stations nearby about 5-8 min walking. Money exchange in the hotel is open all the time with good rates. All receptionists were helpful, especially Assam.

This is an older five-star hotel, but the bedding and breakfast were both excellent. It's also quite close to the train and subway stations. Chose this hotel for its proximity to the Seven Sisters, and the lobby is absolutely stunning. The hygiene is excellent, with all amenities replaced daily. Front desk receptionists--two of the girls were bad ,especially to Chinese. First, we checked in until 2 pm although we arrived at 6 am and at last we got our comfortable room after changing with the help of the other good girl! This is the worst experience we have ever had and we are disappointed at Hilton Hotel. Maybe we won't consider about Hilton Hotel when travelling because of the two girls.

The cleaning service was disappointing – even in the luxury room, it wasn’t properly cleaned. On the first night after our arrival, there was no water. The spa was out of service. While the entrance to the building looks nice, the hallways leading to the rooms are very poor, old, and in need of renovation. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location.

The hotel has a beautiful design and a cozy fireplace in the lobby, but it's a long way from the metro station, especially since in winter there was ice mixed with snow on the streets. Beautiful hotel with amazing surroundings, have been there in June and now in December, definitely will come back again. The house is very near the Ermitaga. Room is comfortable and clean. Good for owner, condition, and service.

I used junior suite, wonderful view with arbat street. clean and very new room condition. reception desk guy was extremely kind. very close from arbat street, 10mins from city center(with taxi)

During check in there was a polite girl who did a birthday for my daughter she was amazing and respectful. She also checked us in earlier than check in time. I wish i can remember her name but i will mention the checked in date July 31st 2025 at morning time.
