But all in all in high winter season it's a quite cheap and very comfortable place, as you can easily catch train to mountains (40 min to Krasnaya Polyana biggest Russian ski resort) or ask for transfer directly at the reception desk

Very good hotel like no other in Sochi

There may be problems with city power grids, but when we move in, we certainly don't want to know about the suffering of local residents. We checked into this guest house to walk to the Olympic Park and Sochi Park

Roofing felts because of the construction site, roofing felts because of our carelessness, but walk far on foot. The house itself is wonderful and cozy. We got a room on the ground floor, with a kitchen next door

One big minus is the music in the cafe until two (even with the windows closed it interferes with sleep). If the music is a plus, I recommend (best value for money)!

Great place especially for a person from northern regions. The sun is not too hot; the sea and the beach are freely available. There are lots of hotels in the Adler district to choose from. The prices are acceptable.
