- The swimming pool was not heated at all, maybe just a little bit at night but it was still very cold. I mainly chose the hotel for the heated swimming pool but it was really disappointing. The room cleaning was really bad, they change the bedsheets and towels every 3 days, that was disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. The reception description is written they speak both Russian and English but only one person can speak in English and he’s from the cleaning staff not even the reception. They were all still nice and helpful though with translating.
