- Extremely disappointing experience – not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel We booked 4 nights in a superior double room expecting a smooth, comfortable stay. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, it was a complete disappointment. First, check-in took over 60 minutes. Despite this being a supposedly professional 4-star hotel, the reception was disorganized and the staff barely spoke English. When we were finally given our room key, it didn’t work. After going up and down to reception three times, they eventually admitted the key was broken—by then, we had already wasted another 30 minutes. We were then moved to a different room, which turned out to be worse than the one we had booked. After complaining again, they switc

The hotel is good. Many advantages. Close to the station. Large rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Excellent Wi-Fi. The only disadvantage is a lot of people.

Excellent. The prices are reasonable. In July-August it is worth booking rooms in advance. Convenient location - almost opposite the Moscow railway station. The staff is polite. There are no complaints about the rooms themselves and their cleaning. Everything is there. Equipped with air conditioning. Key cards are very practical. Breakfast is included in the price. Decent. Lunch and dinner are paid separately. Buffet.

The hotel is good, big, the rooms are spacious, clean, with high ceilings. Gorgeous view from the window. There are no obvious minuses. There is a small TV with cable TV, wifi, separate bathroom. The only thing you may not like or be a little upset about is the yellow dim lighting and the decor with a slight hint of the Soviet Union, but you quickly get used to it, so everything is great. 10/10. For a short stay from 2 days to a week - I recommend

This is my third year staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located near the Moscow railway station. Very good breakfasts. There are tea facilities in the rooms. Also convenient. I come to St. Petersburg for my birthday. The hotel always greets me. It's nice.

Excellent hotel for its price segment. Boiled white towels and linens, the hygiene kit even includes body lotion, in addition to the standard shampoo and shower gel. Spacious room, 2 windows, heated floors in the bathroom, kettle, tea, sugar, cups and glasses. In general, everything is fine. I especially liked that they kept the original historical door of the main entrance.
