+ Gagarin sq., Presidium and many institutes of RAS are nearby. Clear and sufficiently comfortable room. Friendly, competent, and almost inconspicuous personal - very nice
- The room is too small to be called a junior suite.

A small hotel in a residential building of the "economy" format and concept. Everything is very clean and cultured, everything works. Open and unlimited access to tea and coffee for guests. The only thing that I would like to change is the soundproofing of the room doors. It is quiet at night, but if you choose to rest a little earlier, the rest may be disrupted by other awake guests. Special thanks to the administrator Mikhail for being attentive to our requests.
