If there was a poorer review rating. I'd be the first one to give them. After you're in, they say that they clean the apartment every 10 days, the other receptionist says they clean every 7 days. Nobody has a clue. One receptionist says they send shampoo, dishwasher tablets, soap only once when you enter. Other receptionist promises to send but never does really. Coffee tea and tissues kept in the room is only for first day. After that buy yours or check out everyday and check in every day to get all the stuff back.
If the receptionist is kind she would listen else you're at God's mercy. One of the receptionist Irina says, to ask anything please write to your company who signed contract with us. Really..!!!
Their walls are so transparent to sound that at night if you switch on the TV, your neighbors surely either enjoy the news or complain about the noise.
Best part is the receptionists are clueless and don't care about even on informing and feedback.
I have stayed here since 20 days and then writing this review.
I had chosen service apartment over Azimuth/Marriott because we wanted to cook and eat our desired stuff but seems we were grossly mistaken in choosing Intermark Residence.
If the receptionist is kind she would listen else you're at God's mercy. One of the receptionist Irina says, to ask anything please write to your company who signed contract with us. Really..!!!

I liked the apart-hotel very much!
It occupies 14-18 floors, we lived on the 18th floor, a beautiful view from the window to the center of Moscow, triple glazed windows well muffle the sound of the street.
We settled in a few hours earlier than the official time and completely free! We lived in a two-room suite, each room has a sous (both have baths), a common air conditioning system, cool and cool to the desired temperature! The bedroom also has a spacious dressing room.
The kitchen has the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer (especially important with a small child!)
Location 5 out of 5 - 15-20 minutes to Red Square, 5 minutes to Arbat, you can walk through the Perekrestok store. Downstairs there is a whole bunch of cafes, restaurants, breakfast / lunch / dinner for every wallet, everything is delicious.
I love changing hotels for accommodation, but it looks like we'll come back to this one, I recommend!
I also want to add - the lift is on the button, strangers cannot go up to the floor)

An excellent apart-hotel within walking distance to all the main attractions of Moscow. You can cook your own food (in the same building, nearby, the Perekrestok store), or you can eat in numerous cafes. Great view from the windows, reasonable prices for accommodation.

This is not a hotel, but an apartment rental. 1 watchman per shift, as such "hotel staff" does not exist. In the lobby there are counters of other accommodation services in this building, in the entrance there is a passage yard. The apartment was very dirty, hair, dust. There were no soap, no shower supplies, only 2 towels. I immediately moved out because of the mud. Very noisy from the Arbat, bad double-glazed windows.
