I was not given the room I booked through the website. It was a shared room with a shared door, causing noise and disturbance. The staff were uncooperative. I booked a room with a view. The room was not delivered.
To be honest, the only good thing about this hotel is its location very close to Red Square and to Arbat Street, with plenty of cafes, markets, and services nearby. However, the room was very small and cramped, and we noticed hair on the bedding which made it feel unclean. The breakfast was very limited and definitely not worth paying extra for with the stay. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly, and the young man who meets you and helps with your luggage is very welcoming and always smiling.
We chose this hotel mainly for its location which was near almost every tourist attraction, halal restaurants, coffee shops, and gift stores. Another reason was that it had bidets, however the water pressure was very weak and they sent help but didn't fix it, so we ended up using our travel bidet. We didn't book breakfast. A wonderful and beautiful hotel located in New Arbat, with restaurants and cafes behind it and a metro station directly underneath. It is clean, has a bidet in the bathroom, offers very high security, and is perfect for families.

It is a hotel that suits family, the receptionist talks good english, very helpful. They also have a place to weight ur bags! The hotel is new and clean!

Modern hotel, one of the best locations, helpful staff, lovely view, most of the facilities are near the hotel such as: currency exchange, bank, pharmacy, malls, grocers, coffee shops and a lot of restaurants. To get to them you need to walk 500 meters to 1.5 km approximately. To get fair prices you need to book before one month, otherwise it depends on the season. Every-time I will stay here.
The location is beautiful, and no one can fool you by saying it's only 15 minutes from Carmine; on the contrary, it's about 34 minutes. Cleanliness, organization, and excellent service; it was very elegant and luxurious, and close to all services.
The service at this hotel is really bad. And people in the reception are rude and raciest when some one from their country they provide help but when someone start specking English they ignore him. I pushed my luggage to my room and back in check out even when i request a help no one help me. Shame in this hotel for treating people with no respect.

The hotel is good. It is located near Arbat Street and there are services around it, but one drawback is that there is no service for delivering food to the rooms, including breakfast or dinner. The stay was good in general, but the hotel needs to add other services as it is 4 stars and belongs to the Hilton group.

The place is clean and the room is small but great price and excellent services by the front desk. The location is great. Make sure you have great shoes to walk . The only thing the left is very slow and it goes up to the 3 floor and if you have room in the 4 floor you need to go up .

Not far from Red Square, the room was spacious and clean, and the common areas were also quite tidy. However, the front desk service was barely adequate. There were no disposable slippers in the room, and I had to pay an extra 100 rubles to buy them. When I added breakfast, the front desk took cash but refused to provide a receipt, not even a handwritten note.

Hostel Boxtel is a lovely place. It is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definantly recommend as it is both affordable and comfortable. The beds are large for a single bed and it is hand have your our private space compared to a typical hostel.

The entrance was very hard to find. We arrived at 11 PM, and it was extremely cold. We couldn’t find the way into our accommodation until a kind Russian person helped us locate the entrance.
