Overall I liked everything, good hotel, delicious breakfasts.

This may have been the single best hotel experience of my life. They go above and beyond. I can't even begin to thank you enough. The concierge, Nikita, bent over backwards for us when our plans were threatened by a scammer. The lengths that he went to to save our night and our trip were simply above and beyond. Booked a luxury deluxe room, they upgraded us to suite 805, this room has to be the best hotel room, or any appartments in Moscow. The rooms are a bit old, but the location is good. The check-in desk clerk was abrupt and English communication was limited. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, but upon check-in we weren't given adjoining rooms and were on different floors, which was very inconvenient. If you have the same number of people, it's better to book one room to save money and hassle.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The hotel was close to Red Square and easily accessible on foot. The reception desk was staffed by Turkish speakers, a significant advantage for a Turk in Russia. The room was a perfect size for two people. Breakfast, while not particularly satisfying for Turkish guests, was delicious.

Not far from Red Square, the room was spacious and clean, and the common areas were also quite tidy. However, the front desk service was barely adequate. There were no disposable slippers in the room, and I had to pay an extra 100 rubles to buy them. When I added breakfast, the front desk took cash but refused to provide a receipt, not even a handwritten note.

A very nice and cozy hotel in the center of Moscow, we came with the family, chose the family Deluxe, stunning view from the window of the cathedral. The girls at the reception are great, they greeted us with such warmth that I want to come back to you again. And in the morning they prepared delicious breakfasts for us. It's ok for short stay and low budget since you are in the approximate vicinity of the Kremlin and the Red square. But there's no breakfast, wi-fi is weak, the staff has issues with English... although they try to be helpful. Rooms are rather small, bathroom had mixed up hot&cold water, toilet was leaking... and there's also lots of noise from other rooms. So it's a 3/5

Decent, basic hotel in great location. Receptionists didn't speak English and the showers were quite low in height (~1.95m), but everything else was fine. The entrance is almost hidden between two shops/cafes, but you can just walk into the outer door and walk up to the top floor.

GREAT for the price. It is not a fancy place. But if you dont mind to stay in a simpler place you will love it. Close to te red square, Kremlin and saint basil church. Near the subway and several malls. Has a very supportive staff. There are no elevator nor room service but is right above a 24h mini market.
