+ It’s a beautiful location 10 feet to the metro station and 5 mins ride on the metro to VDNHk tourist spot. City center is bit far but it’s worth going by metro and enjoy retro trains. Breakfast was A La Cart and it was good. I stayed in Studio apartment very spacious with all the kitchen appliances and cutlery that one would need. The bed is king size nice and cozy. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Very clean apartment The hotel service was amazing. No complaints at all. This was my second time staying in Yes Botanica and l enjoyed it. It’s worth price.- There is nothing that l didn’t like. I had a wonderful stay at this apart hotel.

I thought I was crazy, but I'm not the only one who is unhappy with the strange position with WiFi, I had to quarrel with the management company on this topic. At first, the Internet was free, but from this month it was turned off and they said that it was not initially included in the price! But damn it, the paid wifi in the apartments, which are not the cheapest, they shove it exclusively with the package of services, I don’t need services, I just need wifi for work, but I’m not going to go on about and buy it for 8k. Reconsider your rules or because of such a trifle you will lose many guests who want to stay with you.

Simply amazing hotel! Everything is brought quickly if needed. Very clean, the bed is starched, the towels are soft! The view is simply gorgeous

Everything would be fine. But I cannot consider this a device-hotel! They just rent rooms for a price higher than the usual price tag in this area by 20 thousand and plus to all this, they offer you various additional packages, and attention! What finally killed me, in order for you to have WiFi in the room of the "Apart-hotel" you need to purchase one of the packages with a cost of 9t rubles per month! And on your own you can not conduct the Internet, in the end you have a choice without a choice, or a package of services (which includes WiFi or without the Internet) Guys, ay? Have you decided to pump out money through WiFi? I believe for such a rental price, it would be possible to provide free WiFi to my guests. Maybe then you need to buy light for a separate fee in one of the packages?

Perfect place. Rented a place here on airbnb. On the first floor there is a huge hall where you can work. Huge panoramic windows. Good interior design. 15 minutes drive along the MCC to the eastern railway station. Park, VDNKh nearby.

Well located modern apartment hotel. The customer was Pioneer, and the Turks built it, it was made with high quality and smartly. The customer is experienced in apartments, and the Turks know how to build. I was inside at the construction stage and saw everything with my own eyes. When it's finished, I might even move here. The view is luxurious, the location is convenient and all the infrastructure for life is nearby.
