Booked this hotel for a trip to Moscow. Unfortunately our flights have been cancelled due to Covid. I have tried to rearrange a new date as I stupidly paid in full. They don’t even have the good grave to reply to me!!!! I’ve lost approx £180. Bad management!!!

they will charge you for everything. they charge extra for hotel registration (none of the hotels I stayed in in Russia charge for this!). they asked fro 2000 ruble to arrange airport taxi. on yandex taxi it cost 950 ruble.

the entrance to the hotel is via the garbage yard. there is no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage three floors.

they are rude and nasty and will ruin your Moscow experience

Staying here for a couple of days to enjoy Moscow, we definitley enjoyed our stay. The hotel / hostel is easy to find and very close to the tourist attractions. (10 minute / 15 minute walk)

We did not see much of the hotel, except for our room, but I can say that the hotel is nicely decorated and we loved the uniqueness of our 'attic-room'. Comfy beds and very decently priced. There are plenty of lovely breakfast places nearby. Recommended to stay at City Comfort!

I was depressed the whole day just for the thought I will have to return there.
the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming as it gets.

A wonderful small hotel there's a very varied Breakfast -250 RUB. to 10 o'clock in the morning..clean and comfortable..but be sure to specify the number of beds...we have not changed the two single one double (which originally ordered )..had to move the bed:(

A very convenient location. Close to metro and major tourist routes. Stylish design of rooms and halls. A cozy bar. Competent and friendly staff. The price for the center of Moscow is low. In addition, from Friday to Sunday the price is significantly reduced.

Little hidden hotel not far away from the toursitc hot spots of Moscow. The accomodation itslef was perfect. Very clean room, friendly staff and not as expansive as a lot of other hotels in Moscow.

There were no potato pancakes in the evening menu, but we asked and they prepared them for us anyway😊and it was delicious especially with mushrooms))))

Restaurant of Belarusian cuisine in the building of the Embassy of Belarus. Fresh renovation in the style of the 90s, such as "heavy restaurant suite". Very funny service at a business lunch - a damn bunch of waiters are running around, while the table is not cleaned on time, the menu is not given, the waiter does not come, the bill is carried for a long time, they are written out by hand😊, cash settlement. Who misses the USSR - just right ...

Excellent restaurant with a very good value for money. First of all, it is good for intelligent visitors, there is an opportunity to communicate sincerely in a calm and comfortable environment - without noise, smoke, fuss, etc.
