- The hotel’s service was extremely disappointing. During check-in, we were assisted by a staff member named Sergey. His manner of speaking and attitude made us feel very uncomfortable, and I have never encountered such rudeness from hotel personnel. He appeared unresponsive and unhelpful, which is unacceptable, especially when we arrived at 1 a.m. as a small family with a 2-year-old child. Proper customer service training is urgently needed. Additionally, the rooms are outdated, with old furniture and stained bed sheets and chairs. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. While the area itself is lovely, it’s better to explore other hotel options nearby. And PLEASE NOTE THEY DONT PROVIDE THE ADAPTER FOR A CHARGER, and they are considered as 4 star hotel. This is strange

The hotel did not provide the required registration for foreign guests, insisting on proof of previous registrations (we were awaiting paper confirmation for the last two days of our stay)—which, to my knowledge, is not a standard requirement and has never been requested at other hotels. This issue nearly led to our stay being denied.

Everything was fine. The room was clean and cozy. Everything worked. The staff was smiling and unobtrusive. The metro is nearby, which is important in the fall) thank you. We'll be back. It's comfortable with you)

+ breakfast was good. location was good. toilet kit was poor. lightning was poor. AC was bad. Receptionist girl (girl with brown hair was rood)- Wifi was not working properly. it was really bad.

The hotel is excellent! We stayed for 3 nights. We were especially pleased that the hotel offers accommodation with pets, because our cat does not like to stay alone. The staff is very attentive, fulfilled all our requests. The breakfasts are very tasty. We were satisfied! We will definitely come again!

This is not my first time staying at the Center, I really like the service, namely the reception staff. I have experience staying at the City... Honestly, I was not satisfied with it. I don't argue, the hotel's room stock is very good, BUT the reception staff are very rude to guests, which personally upset me, I hope the hotel manager will sort this out. But the Center is very cool, the location is awesome, I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is not new. But everything is quite decent and clean, and I am not Lena Letuchaya. I needed a room with clean bedding, good soundproofing and thick curtains, and I was right. The staff is friendly.

My room is on the 17th floor, amazing view!!! I went into the bathroom, the curtain rod from the door fell on me... I held on to it) but what if the mirror had broken??? I warned the reception, they responded immediately. But everything is great! The bed linen is very good with a pleasant aroma! Thank you!
