It's alright, the experience is okay, quite convenient, and the hygiene is also good, quite clean.
In my opinion, the hotel doesn't reach 4 stars. The breakfasts were mediocre, the service was average: I had to iron my shirt myself, the safe didn't work upon check-in, and they didn't provide replacement towels. It's good that they had double beds. The rooms are small.

Excellent hotel, decent service, and polite staff. The room furniture is decent, and the bed is soft and comfortable. The shower stall is leaking, and after a shower, the floor is soaked with water (Room 608).
A very pleasant hotel, the staff cleans everything on time. Coffee, tea, and sugar are replenished daily. Towels are clean and well-stocked. Personal hygiene kits provided. Bed linens were changed. Air conditioning. Overall, very satisfied. Red Square is 2 km away. Metro nearby.

Bad treatment, the bathroom has no drain, the reception asked and we paid 10,000 rubles extra because we were only 45 minutes late and the checkout was 12, lack of respect for guests, lack of cleaning and entering the room without permission, and they told us the AC is work than they said we don't need it in Moscow !!! It doesn't work !

We stayed from January 30th to January 2nd, 2022. We stayed in two rooms on the third floor. It was quiet and clean, and they provided soap and a hairdryer. The location was perfect. The food was delicious. Ideal for a budget vacation.

The location is good, not very near to the red square if that is your interest. But it was very close to a metro station and metro in Moscow can get you anywhere you want very easily. The hotel staff are very responsive once you call and ask for something.

The hostel is located in the center. I do not recommend coming here with luggage, as suitcases need to be carried up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The room has a two-tier wooden bunk. Shared shower (very little space). Shared toilet.

Nice place if you need just to sleep. Small rooms, about 6 sq.m. Clean room, availability of toiletries. There's a kitchen with free tea and water, coffee is also available for small price. The problem is very thin walls, you can hear what's going on in the hall and in the nearest rooms. Good location, 15 minutes to metro station.
PROS: Situated close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. Cheap, staff speak English and can do laundry for 300rub. CONS: No air con (Moscow summer is about 31 degrees in day and 22 degrees at night). Thin sound proofing means you can hear couples below you getting it on at night.
Bathroom is too bad, I think it could be better live in a hostel rather than here with “private bathroom “… Maybe it’s a lodgement of a dirt in a pipe, it’s terrible, the water was stagnated. The bed was comfortable, but it’s only one blanket for two people, administer refused to give us another one. Kitchen wasn’t cleaned and smell there was terrible too.

Capsule rooms were too small we can’t even breath we stayed only for 3 hours and paid for two night and three days staff is also not good always sleepy and about hygiene I will rate it in minus when we entered the room the bedsheets very dirty we were so tired… it was the worst experience for us… I will never recommend this hotel to anyone… even if it’s my enemy… neither I will stay here for free before...

The hotel location is great and the stuff are nice and English Spoker. But there was very bad smell at the corridor ,the room was very small I was staying for 2 night and at the last day when I was spouse to check out there was no hot water at the shower. I was not offered any compensation, but that's probably the way things are in Eastern Europe.
It was a very nice hotel, very good location for the price. Clean rooms and warm, it also had a heater just in case. For a 2 star hotel it was the best I have ever stayed. And the staff was great, good English, helpful with everything and caring. Special thank to Anastasia from the reception desk, she was the best.

Uraaa there is a jacuzzi. Windows do not open. Little light. All night long music from a nearby eatery beat. There is one socket in the room. There are slippers bathrobes. You can order room service. Big bed. Purely. And ... cheers for the city center! True, you will not see anything from the windows.
Its an ordinary hotel and expensive too compare to services rendered to the customer. There is no bell boy nor the lift. So one needs to lift the luggage on their own.
One of the best choices for staying in city center with less budget. The Hotel is not that much big but you can find most necessary facilities here.
