First, if someone closes the door of the room next to yours, you hear your door shaking. Second, the mansaf and bathroom robes are not clean and smell of massage oil. Third, breakfast is the same as the other meals and limited. Fourth, the location is not within walking distance of anything except a small grocery store and Burger King.

Arrived late at night. This is one of the few hotels in Russia where the front desk speaks good English. The service is thoughtful and the explanation is detailed. The transportation is convenient and it is close to the subway entrance. The facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich.

The hotel is definitely 4 stars. The girls at the reception were extremely unpleasant. Dirty carpet. I do not recommend it.

Highly recommended hotel! The friendly staff made me feel at home from the first minute I walked into the door right until I checked out. They were always ready and willing to help (in perfect English). The location is great, an easy 10-15min walk from the closest Metro station with lots of food options available.
