Booked and paid for a room in this hotel through booking. The room was on the top floor with the ONLY window on the ceiling that cannot be opened. They promised to fix the window, but there was no certainty. Thus, after 5 minutes of being in this room, they realized that it was not suitable, because the next day was very busy and it was necessary to get up early. According to the forecast, it should have been raining all night and it would have been problematic to fall asleep with such a window.
At the front desk asked to cancel the room. They refused. I had to give the key and go to another hotel. What is especially unpleasant is that the woman - the administrator had no desire to solve the situation. As if there was a robot sitting there, artificial intelligence (I think he would have more nice words). In a word, the position of the administrator: "Why did you come, we were not expecting you." It’s unpleasant. There was no desire to stay within these walls. Thus, for 5 minutes of staying at the hotel, they paid the full cost. We settled in a neighboring hotel, across the road - the same prices, but an excellent attitude towards clients and a larger room. Does the desire to get as much money from the administration of this hotel as possible overlap other universal values? Not a single star, unfortunately.
