I liked the location as it was close to the Red Square, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the attitude of the hotel manager, Aya — she was always willing to help and very kind, even though there wasn’t much she could do about the issues.
1. Location is one of the beat. Close to most of Moscow activities. 2 Staff l are super polite and friendly “Specially, the girl in the reception, she is awesome” 3. A/C 4. Area is very very quiet after 9 pm “unless neighbours set outside”
