The best hotel in Moscow. Everything is top notch
Overall I liked everything, good hotel, delicious breakfasts.
This may have been the single best hotel experience of my life. They go above and beyond. I can't even begin to thank you enough. The concierge, Nikita, bent over backwards for us when our plans were threatened by a scammer. The lengths that he went to to save our night and our trip were simply above and beyond. If you are thinking of a trip to Moscow, it would be a huge mistake to stay anywhere else...
Phenomenal staff. Regal rooms. Delicious food. Superb location. My husband and I will stay there again.
Amazing Location, at a walking distance from the Red Square. The Hotel has very nice, ample, newly refurbished rooms. The elevator lobby is nicely decorated, but there’s only one way to the lobby in the whole floor, and only one way to reach there. So you have to walk the whole floor across all rooms to get to the lobby. Breakfast was very delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were so welcoming...
First time for me in Moscow, stayed here for 6 nights. Can say my stay here was nothing short of spectacular! The hotel is located within a walking distance to most important attractions and is fairly beautiful. Most unique aspect however is Service; Despite the issue with the payment system we had, they cooperated with us and accepted to provide daily payments instead of a full prepayment. They were...

Excellent! The room was very modern and spacious! The best part was the breakfast; it was delicious and exquisite!
A very satisfying hotel. We took my mother on a three-night trip and were very satisfied. It's a ten-minute walk from Red Square, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It's next to a boutique pedestrian street and an upscale shopping mall, and a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The hotel was originally a Marriott. Although it looks a bit old, it's actually quite nice, well-maintained...
The experience is good, the service is good, the stay is OK, I recommend it, it's OK, the breakfast is good, very good, I recommend staying here, in the city center, the location is also OK, very good
The hotel is located near Ke, with convenient transportation.
The location is very good, with a shopping mall at the door, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious, clean and quiet.
The hotel is on a busy street, and it is very convenient for transportation, shopping, and sightseeing! You can walk to the Red Square, the Kremlin and other attractions. It is prosperous and comfortable, and the hotel has a rich breakfast
I spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel, where I enjoyed a spotlessly clean room with a window overlooking the parking lot. The bathroom was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. While room service and the mini bar came with a hefty price tag, the included breakfast was a delightful surprise. The reception and concierge teams were extremely helpful and made my stay even more pleasant....
Large room and convenient location of this hotel made things easy for me. I was on business trip so it was close to all the central locations I have been visiting. Will come back many times I am sure. Its great with plenty of choices. Comfortable, clean and large. It was always clean and I am satisfied with the service provided. Reception staff was polite and so helpful from first moments. Hotel staff...
U tell me 2bedrooms and it was 1 room and 1 living room + i paid more alot from other ppl stay in same dates
Nice location, ZUM and the Bolshoi theater are very close, 15 minutes from the Kremlin, 5-10 minutes from the nearest metro station A beautiful lobby and nice spacious rooms. The furniture is a bit outdated, but comfortable. Rooms are very clean The staff is nice and friendly
The hotel lobby is comfortable and spacious, the staff is cooperative, the rooms are large and clean
It's in the centre of the downtown. All the main places that you need to visit is near the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bath was very good Very clean and organised The staff were very friendly and helpful
In general the room good but there are small details that show that there is a lack of maintenance like curtains were broken
The only thing we liked about the hotel is its location.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to most tourist attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and speak great English. They were so helpful and even checked if I forgot anything in my room when I left. The room was clean, well-kept, and I had no issues. My only small suggestion would be adding a coffee table with a water heater and...
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
view very bad (u see no where, although our booking was city view & we requested for a change & thay promised that they will change 2nd day & they didnt bed is to soft so it affects my hasbends back as a muslims we dont want to have a room with alcohile, we have a long argumnet & took them 2 houres to remove minibar from the room
The location is great opposite of miss you cafe and near the red square around 15 minutes walking.. it’s quite with no noise in the rooms .. it’s classy and the staff are so attentive.. the concierge Yulia was so amazing.. she helped us booking tickets and arranged great activities.

Amazing place it’s great services.
I would like to thank the hotel staff for making our stay in Moscow pleasant and memorable one. I would like to especially thank the concierge team Mr. Pavel for assisting and booking tours and restaurants around Moscow and Mr. Jose and Mr. Hya for being so friendly and assisting with our luggage from the first day of arrival until the last day of our stay and being so nice to us every morning. The standard rooms are quite decent. Not newly refurbished, but completely fine. Perfect blackout is there to provide for the most restful sleep of your life! The lighting is great, the minibar is stocked with everything you need plus different types of glasses. Le Labo toiletries are nice and fragrant. We were not disturbed at all during our night’s stay so I consider the service very good. The location...
Moved here after a horrible experience at the St. Regis Moscow. The team was friendly and the facilities are well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here. Special shout-out to Ilya at the front desk for helping out with the reservation and making sure the stay goes as planned. Definitely the place to stay in if you’re in Moscow.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and absolutely loved it. The interiors and views were beautiful. We'd love to do it again.
Great job in keeping the rooms clean Great service in general. The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Staying here is all about that sense of history. The breakfast area is filled with photos of famous people who've stayed, and our window looked right out onto Red Square. It's just a short walk, a quick underpass away. A bit further than the Four Seasons, but also more affordable. It really caters to all budgets.
The attitude was unbelievably bad, but the location was excellent. They took advantage of Chinese guests. On the first day, they told me the room I booked was unavailable and offered me an alternative. I agreed, only to find it was an attic room, requiring me to carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. The attic had two cramped rooms, and upon entering, it was incredibly run-down, similar to an old...
The hotel is located in the heart of Moscow, opposite the Red Square and St. Basil's Cathedral, the Kremlin, and the State Mall. It is very convenient and has been visited by many dignitaries and celebrities from various countries. It is undoubtedly first-class in all aspects.
This hotel, over a century old, has hosted Lenin, Obama, and others. The interior is exquisitely decorated, and the rooms are very clean, though some minor damage to the amenities is present. The hotel is within walking distance of Red Square, and the breakfast buffet offers a view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the staff are highly qualified. The...
The rooms are a bit old, but the location is good. The check-in desk clerk was abrupt and English communication was limited. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, but upon check-in we weren't given adjoining rooms and were on different floors, which was very inconvenient. If you have the same number of people, it's better to book one room to save money and hassle.
This is my favorite Moscow hotel for past 3 years. Great breakfast and location next to heart of Moscow - Red Sq.
Hotel is clean and the room was clean. Location is good.
Location, staff are friendly and helpful. In general is a good hotel to stay near red square and other attractions.
Perfect location, next to the Kremlin Big variety of food at the breakfast. Room dining is nice but quite expensive. Soft big bed and good pillows.
Only crossing underground to reach red square its very near. Delicious cake was sent to my room as a birthday gift. Bed is comfortable and clean the only problem with the air conditioning they cannot open it from October till April and the room without breeze because also you cant open the window. Room and toilet very clean and tidy Great staff and very helpful
Furniture is old but everything was great
The best location in the city Clean professional staff Big size rooms
It is near the red square which was easy for us Victorian room feels like that you are living in the czar’s era They clean everyday Helpful
Actually cross the Red Square and activate area’s such as Restaurants, shopping and tourism Buildings. All kinds of B.B available. And the Dinner Restaurant was amazing

Room decoration is classic. Just take photos in the interior
I really liked the hotel’s location—it’s perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and my stay smooth. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The classic decor and historic feel of the hotel added to the experience, making it a unique and memorable stay.
All services are great, reception was above amazing with their support, so much love for all the staff in this hotel
The concierge department are very very helpful and friendly specially a guy named ( oleg) he booked for us activities and restaurant and lots of useful information, the other staff also friendly and welcoming, very good location close to everything , the rooms are wide even if it was the smallest one
The location- room style and the breakfast area looking offer the red square. The money exchange office In the hotel.
It was an excellent option in terms of price and location and I liked the cooperation of the staff, unlike what was written in the people's rating, a repeatable experience
Nothing except the location
Great location, in the middle of everywhere, quiet, perfect room size, helpful reception and English speakers, currency exchange inside the hotel. Next to the Metro station, cross the street to go the red Kremlin square and Gum mall.
I liked an extremely excellent level of service by reception and restaurant stuff. They were very helpful and polite. Please do not expect smiley service, in Russia can be kind and polite in without a big smile on their face. I certainly liked the location very much. I liked this little trip into the history and the atmosphere of cultural enrichment! Certainly will stay here once more!
everything else - breakfast is terrible and extremely limited, it smells AWFUL inside and your clothes get soaked with bad smell every time you enter breakfast area. Also one time it was so full they asked to WAIT for you to sit for breakfast or join another table haha, absolutely atrocious. Rooms ARE OLD, VERY OLD, ULTRA OLD, you can even smell it - it's bad. Bathroom is awful and looks like its still...
The room was big and the location was great and the water and coffee was free in the room overall the clean
I absolutely loved it. the hotel was built in 1903. it was fascinating to stay there. The antique furniture was breathtaking! I do pray they keep this original atmosphere. there's no hotel in the world that keeps such great original antique Russian style. The hotel is very close to Alexander Park, and all the great museums, the staff were kind, and they speak English. I haven't tried the food, so I...
It is the best hotel ever it was opened in 1903 and many famous people stayed in the National hotel. A historical royal style hotel❤️
We have visited russia and stayed in 6 different hotels, i would range this hotel as my second best. The place is very historical, the lobby is a great place to sit..
Amazing place if you are interested in quality historical hotels with the highest levels of service.

I was there over a new year. Despite the busy season, service was great and I had a beautiful stay! Beautiful spa facilities
My wife and I spent three nights here and enjoyed everything about it. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The spa, gym and pool are outstanding. Excellent hotel in the heart of the city center, everything is top notch, we will come back again
Hello, the accommodation was nice, but since our flight was at 19.25, we wanted to check out at 14.00, and they responded negatively, which made us sad, and it could have been understood.
The location is excellent, right at the entrance of Red Square, but the rest is not amazing to be honest, and the price/performance ratio is not very high.
Facilities: Not bad. After leaving the Four Seasons Group, it can still maintain a relatively high quality, but the house is a little old. Hygiene: Average, nothing to say Environment: Very good, Red Square is downstairs, but there is too much snow in winter, the snow at the door cannot be cleaned, and it is all black mud after the car runs over. There are no other shortcomings. Even because the location...
Concierge and check in people were incredible. Housekeeping could use more training.
Room was good and it has everything the guest may need, housekeeping staff are friendly and hotel is close to all visitors area
I had four problems with Four Seasons as follow: 1- They made the payment hard to me. The link they send to me to make the payment for the first night , it charges me too extra than what is written in the booking rate. 2- When I want to pay the rest of nights in the hotel, they did not accept the payment through union pay as St.Regis hotel did to me. 3-The bidet in the toilet that spray water only...

The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from Red Square, TSUM department store, GUM department store, Hunters & Partners, and the metro station. The hotel's greeters, luggage handlers, and front desk staff were all well-trained, welcoming, friendly, and proactive. The hotel room was wonderfully warm; short sleeves were enough. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here...
An amazing hotel with perfect location, The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was wonderful and excellent. The location is amazing, and the room is very comfortable for both the eyes and the body. The only downside was the bathroom. My friend took a shower, and after she finished, we discovered that there was no proper water drainage. The bathroom flooded completely, and the water even reached the entrance. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and...
We were given the smaller room amongst the newly refurbished selection ie no separate lounge area and only one sink in the bathroom instead of a his and hers. It’s a wonderful room nonetheless, full fledged minibar and fancy finishes but two things really annoyed me: 1. The shower is splendid but even though you close the door, the water spills out onto the whole bathroom floor nonetheless and this...
Upon entering the Hotel Metropol Moscow, I was captivated by its classic and sophisticated ambiance. It felt like stepping back a century, yet at the same time, it was incredibly comfortable and didn't feel dated at all. The hotel's location is incredible, just a few minutes' walk from Red Square and the Kremlin. At night, I could see the lights of the Bolshoi Theatre across the street from my window...
An unforgettable vacation, made even more special by not only our stay in the city center but also by breakfast at the Metropol Restaurant. It's a wonderful experience we'll definitely repeat!
Location only and the help of the concierge
Excellent location, well renovated with a friendly and supportive staff. Very much enjoyed the Shalyapin bar which we frequently visited for cooked ravioli with chicken for my daughter. Cocktails were superb, so was ambience. It was best value for money and a very enjoyable stay.

The best Location and wonderful price
Delicious business lunch! It's great that it's available every day, not just on weekdays.
An excellent hotel in the heart of Moscow. We booked a room with breakfast included, even though there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The windows faced the courtyard, so it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very customer-oriented, which was a great plus. At breakfast in the restaurant, they immediately came to help (I couldn't operate the juicer), and they understood...

We stayed at the hotel during the New Year holidays. It's very close to the city center, 7 minutes from Red Square. Pros: crisp white linens, cotton; good cleaning every day, replacement of everything that ran out (paper, water, soap, shampoo); everything in working order, there are dishes, a kettle, they can bring anything upon request (we needed a screwdriver, they brought it in 5 minutes); wonderful...
Excellent experience, excellent staff, excellent food, excellent location, as well as clean, classic, courteous, professional and friendly.
The territory is striking in its size, very successful landscape design. Luxurious rooms, beautiful banquet halls. Delicious food, pleasant staff. Great attention to detail, both in design and in service! I recommend visiting this wonderful place!
Excellent hotel in the very center of the city. Good room, good filling of the bath. Built-in hairdryer. Kettle in the room with a welcome packet of water, tea and coffee with cream. Excellent varied breakfasts. I did not see in the reviews the presence of a coffee machine. It is. =) Photo attached.
EVERYTHING suits, even the price, the buffet is unique, respect to the chef, the staff too. No one imposes anything, you choose yourself. Thank you very much, I don't feel alone here. I haven't been to the Capital for a long time, only the weather - no Sunshine. There is no bad weather...
Outdated interior, not very comfortable beds, but clean, good service, not to expensive, good breakfast buffet, walking distance from center of the city, metro, and posh shopping areas.
The location is excellent.
Its within walking distance to the Bolshoi Theatre, Red Square and other tourist attractions in Moscow

I read reviews saying the rooms were old and smelly, but I didn't find any of those issues during my stay. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were excellent; their service attitude and awareness were very good. The supporting facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the service concept is supreme. I like this place very much. It is very convenient and cost-effective. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time.
The location is great, very close to Red Square. The front desk staff speaks fluent English. The service is attentive and timely. However, it was very noisy on Saturday night, and it felt like the singing didn't stop until 4 or 5 o'clock.
Good hotel Pros * Excellent location * Average room size * Helpful staff Cons * Most important point: Beware of the northern rooms, as they overlook a courtyard and a bar open all night. Noisy. * The mattresses in the rooms are worn and relatively unclean. * No bidet in the bathrooms, for God's sake.
The hotel location is prefect and the staff are helpful. The problem I had with this hotel was the WiFi. It doesn’t work anywhere and non existent in the room.
A wonderful hotel, this is not our first time staying here, everything is great!
Close to everything just a few minutes.
Lovely old-school charm with great attention to detail, very friendly staff, great swimming pool and gym.

The location is fantastic. Everything is close by: shopping at TSUM, an evening at the Bolshoi, and the nightlife right on your doorstep: bars, street musicians, rubber-burning bikers, and street racers blasting their exhaust. It's a big action-packed city. You won't be bored. Special thanks to the staff for checking in early.
The hotel is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. Very convenient location. The service is excellent 👍
🌟A very nice hotel in the city center! A real, wonderful, and pleasant surprise... ✨🌟🌟🌟✨
Whant to be in the city center and feel the vibes of megapolice? Then choose this hotel.
Location, value, interiors and service is amazing. Definitely recommend!
I liked the Grada Boutique Hotel because it is located in the very center of the city! On the street there are constant performances of street musicians. Young people are in a positive movement, they sing, dance, ride horses, guys give flowers to girls. As for the hotel, I will say that I liked the helpful staff, who kindly and politely served our stay. If you put stars, I give 5 out of 5
The most think I like was the reception staff , Honesty and credibility , room was clean and the view was nice , no noisy environment. everything was perfect. Thank you so much Location was perfect perfect
The staff are very nice and helpful. Mr.Vlat (if I don’t spell wrong), he is very kind and good serviced staff. He served more than we expect. He even call a taxi , make an appointment and help us carry the very heavy baggage to the taxi. He even makes sure that our family on board safely. I honored him so much.
The location was good
Service in the hands of 4 boys from the school, there is no manager. The rooms are not ventilated, there is an unbearable stench. The rooms are not soundproofed, the noise of the music from the street keeps you awake all night long (expecially Saturday) Poor level of cleanliness. A wonderful hotel in the very center of the city. Everything you need is available, including tea and coffee.
We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. My friend and I stayed for a few days. We initially stayed in a superior room, but for my birthday we upgraded to a deluxe room. I stayed from April 3 to April 6 in a superior room, the hotel is in the very center of Moscow, a very beautiful room, I want to stay here longer, pleasant staff, the administrators always fulfilled my requests, a huge plus that there are breakfasts, quite tasty
The room needs renovation in the wet area. There's a sloppy open hatch in the ceiling above the bathtub. There's mold in the bathtub and shower area. And on the last day of our stay, there was no hot water :( The guy at the reception was friendly. And also! The hotel is located above the bar. We were on the fourth floor, and from Friday to Sunday, music can be heard until 1:00 a.m. But the price for...

Very convenient and very clean. Well situated although noisy at night because of clubs and bars, but not à real problem if you travel with ear plugs 🙉
So central located so close to red square. You can select many different cafe close to hotel for breakfast and dinner. 2 big shopping mall are closer to hotel. Rooms are small but price is fair enough for comfort and location. Room doors are not isolated enough to aviod voice on corridor. Room which is closer to reception is not comfortable because of this reason.
Perfect location, reasonable prices, and comfortable, clean rooms. The service was excellent and the personnel was friendly and had sufficient knowledge of English.
The hotel is in the heart of Moscow. Quiet, comfortable, good bed! Near plenty of cafes, restaurants, and just a pleasant stroll on the old streets of the capital. Moscow is beautiful, especially at night when lit by thousands of lights.

Very very very very soooo gooodd hotel. Almost no weakness to be descript
The location is very close to Red Square, and the area downstairs is lively with many bars and restaurants. However, the rooms are quite small, the facilities are old, and there's an unpleasant odor. The price is mainly for the location. The receptionist can communicate in basic English.
The room is very old, the facilities are very poor, the toilet is always leaking, the carpet smells bad, the air is not circulating, the hotel is hidden and hard to find; the only good thing is that it is close to the Kremlin, about 10 minutes walk away
The room is a little small, but everything else is fine. There is a street with restaurants downstairs, and it is very close to Red Square and the subway station.
Not far from Red Square, there are many bars and restaurants downstairs. The facilities in the building are old and there is no elevator. Not up to domestic Samsung standards. Location is the only advantage.
Excellent location, always do booking online, staff is cooperative, excellent place live in city centre
. Its a 3 star hotel So U get what you pay, super clean . The location of the hotel is perfect perfect perfect , its located not on the main street you have to walk 4-5 min from the street to the hotel . That path way to reach the hotel is lively day and night , theres many famous restaurants and I’ve tried most of them i recommend them 10/10 . The location is perfect! It’s near Red Square and Theatre, and very close to the subway stations. The room is small but has everything, a little bit traditional and I like it.

In the heart of Moscu, localization is the best, close to the high level shopping , brands , elegant neighbor , two quarter from the read quarter , one to two quarter from the most important museums, theatre, monuments, and the price is ok. It is really a maison, not a formal hotel, but it is not a hostel, rooms are very good, clean, confortable.
Booking.com has higher rating than google and to be honest, google rating describes it accurately. It has no air conditioning, no fan, basic interiors, minimum facilities. Only thing that works in its favour is its location - right above line of pubs and eateries, and 15 min walk from red square !
Well situated, right in the center, 5 minutes walk from the red square. But our room really needed some renovation. There is a bar on the first floor, so expect drunk singing and screaming all night. However the bed was clean and comfortable.
I like the room and service and location of hotel, staff are very supportive for any request. Location is near from all tourism places such as red square and famous restaurant. Its in very active road i recommended for friend or couples or just ladies who want safe place and in middle of city. But need to know that hotel is one floor in building which have 4 floor.
Beside my previous comments. Some rooms the wifi is slow.. due to being away from the wifi transmitter
. Location . Staff . Cleanses. . Location, cleanness and staff will compromise for any negative. . Myself will revisit the hotel.
The hotel was surrounded but many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s far around 15 minutes walking distance from the red square and almost 30 minutes from Arbat street. The only problem was the bar under the hotel in the weekends it was too loud for a vey late time. The bed was comfortable, bedding was fine it was changed every couple of days and a daily soft cleaning. The best thing in the bathroom...
Very nice location, and the staff are professional and helpful.
- the hotel was on the third floor but it was not advertised - the lobby always smelled like the kitchen of the restaurant next door - the rooms were worn out - some lights in the room did not work - it was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the street noise - the breakfast was very very bad

The room was clean and much better than expected. The front desk has a good attitude and is recommended for stay.
One of the best budget hotels I've visited in Russia in the last year. 1. Great location, right in the center 2. Polite pleasant staff 3. Clean comfortable rooms 4. High quality bedding The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom and toilet, if you take a shower, there will be a lot of water and it will be difficult to go to the toilet, only for this I remove one "star".
Hotel in the center of Moscow. Near Red Square, Central Department Store, Bolshoi and Maly theaters. The hotel itself is cozy in a Provencal style. Courteous staff. The prices are reasonable.
The very center, cleanliness, few rooms and silence, no hum of cars. The only thing is the pillows are terrible.

It's not suitable for families, and even single people would only want to rent it as a bus station. But be aware that it's four stories high, with stairs leading up to the entrance. The whole place is made of wood or drywall, and the bedrooms are in poor condition. There's also a disco downstairs near the entrance.

My favorite place to stay I never ever think to change this hotel Very quite Professional and welcoming reception Helpful staffs Rooms very clean All you need you will find Amazing location half minutes to world highest brand I would give Akvarel 10 ⭐️ not only 5 Thanks guys for all the service you provided
Wonderful service, welcoming and helpful staff, nice rooms for families- a bit small but cozy and beautifully designed.
Very friendly staff. At the entrance they immediately offered help in carrying luggage. The front desk service is also very friendly. There is a bar in the lobby. The bartender, after resolving the issue with things at the reception, treated us to free non-alcoholic mulled wine. In cold weather - very useful ;-))
Excellent hotel in the center of Moscow. I really liked the breakfast, the attention, the desire to help. There were two. Perfect place.
The best hotel in the area. Delicious breakfasts, excellent staff and most importantly the silence and perfect cleanliness of the rooms. We are regular customers of this hotel. Development to you and do not lower the bar !!!
I liked it very much. Clean, friendly staff, very good food. I recommend😉
The location and value for money , the reception staff was supported and helpful to us 👌
Location was perfect, near by all the attraction places, hotel surrounded by many restaurants, clean , information desk available 24/7
Hotel was great and helpful. Just a bit tricky to find because taxis doesn’t go on the street where it is located, but it is located behind the LV Building, next to Hermes.
The hotel is clean and the reception was helpful she guides our taxi driver to the location as the hotel located between buildings and it’s hard to be located.

Love it like being at home👍👍
It's ok for short stay and low budget since you are in the approximate vicinity of the Kremlin and the Red square. But there's no breakfast, wi-fi is weak, the staff has issues with English... although they try to be helpful. Rooms are rather small, bathroom had mixed up hot&cold water, toilet was leaking... and there's also lots of noise from other rooms. So it's a 3/5
Location can't get any better. Clean and cozy room with nice window view at the main street. Really great value for your money!
Incredibly well located. Staff is stern, but they get everything done. Clean. Very inexpensive. Could not get better value for your ruble!
Decent, basic hotel in great location. Receptionists didn't speak English and the showers were quite low in height (~1.95m), but everything else was fine. The entrance is almost hidden between two shops/cafes, but you can just walk into the outer door and walk up to the top floor.
GREAT for the price. It is not a fancy place. But if you dont mind to stay in a simpler place you will love it. Close to te red square, Kremlin and saint basil church. Near the subway and several malls. Has a very supportive staff. There are no elevator nor room service but is right above a 24h mini market.

Beautiful and elegant for walks
I will say right away that I liked the hotel. The location is good. Metro and red square within walking distance. The hotel itself is located on a pedestrian street, so a taxi will drop you off on the road, and then on foot. And there is no elevator. Get ready to stomp on the 4th floor. The room is cozy, but on the first day of our arrival the air conditioner did not work. At night, the street is...
Nice cozy hotel in the very heart of Moscow, no breakfast, but there are a lot of cafes nearby
Nice hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, help to solve everyday troubles, clean, comfortable room. Very good for a short stay! Cute interior knick-knacks create coziness.
Great place. Everything is close. Kremlin, Bolshoi Theater, city center within walking distance. The room itself is clean, crisp white sheets, towels, slippers, a hairdryer and all the necessary hygiene items in the room. The staff are friendly. In general, we enjoyed it. I recommend to friends.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and in a great location. Highly recommended.
