The rooms are a bit old, but the location is good. The check-in desk clerk was abrupt and English communication was limited. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, but upon check-in we weren't given adjoining rooms and were on different floors, which was very inconvenient. In the heart of Moscu, localization is the best, close to the high level shopping , brands , elegant neighbor , two quarter from the read quarter , one to two quarter from the most important museums, theatre, monuments, and the price is ok. Booking.com has higher rating than google and to be honest, google rating describes it accurately. It has no air conditioning, no fan, basic interiors, minimum facilities. Only thing that works in its favour is its location - right above line of pubs and eateries, and 15 min walk from red square !

Its in very active road i recommended for friend or couples or just ladies who want safe place and in middle of city. But need to know that hotel is one floor in building which have 4 floor.

Beside my previous comments. Some rooms the wifi is slow.. due to being away from the wifi transmitter

The hotel was surrounded but many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s far around 15 minutes walking distance from the red square and almost 30 minutes from Arbat street. The only problem was the bar under the hotel in the weekends it was too loud for a vey late time. The bed was comfortable, bedding was fine it was changed every couple of days and a daily soft cleaning. The best thing in the bathroom...

- the hotel was on the third floor but it was not advertised - the lobby always smelled like the kitchen of the restaurant next door - the rooms were worn out - some lights in the room did not work - it was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the street noise - the breakfast was very very bad

The room was clean and much better than expected. The front desk has a good attitude and is recommended for stay.

Hotel in the center of Moscow. Near Red Square, Central Department Store, Bolshoi and Maly theaters. The hotel itself is cozy in a Provencal style. Courteous staff. The prices are reasonable.

The very center, cleanliness, few rooms and silence, no hum of cars. The only thing is the pillows are terrible.

Wonderful service, welcoming and helpful staff, nice rooms for families- a bit small but cozy and beautifully designed.

Very friendly staff. At the entrance they immediately offered help in carrying luggage. The front desk service is also very friendly. There is a bar in the lobby. The bartender, after resolving the issue with things at the reception, treated us to free non-alcoholic mulled wine. In cold weather - very useful ;-))

Hotel was great and helpful. Just a bit tricky to find because taxis doesn’t go on the street where it is located, but it is located behind the LV Building, next to Hermes.

The hotel is clean and the reception was helpful she guides our taxi driver to the location as the hotel located between buildings and it’s hard to be located.

It's ok for short stay and low budget since you are in the approximate vicinity of the Kremlin and the Red square. But there's no breakfast, wi-fi is weak, the staff has issues with English... although they try to be helpful. Rooms are rather small, bathroom had mixed up hot&cold water, toilet was leaking... and there's also lots of noise from other rooms. So it's a 3/5

Decent, basic hotel in great location. Receptionists didn't speak English and the showers were quite low in height (~1.95m), but everything else was fine. The entrance is almost hidden between two shops/cafes, but you can just walk into the outer door and walk up to the top floor.

GREAT for the price. It is not a fancy place. But if you dont mind to stay in a simpler place you will love it. Close to te red square, Kremlin and saint basil church. Near the subway and several malls. Has a very supportive staff. There are no elevator nor room service but is right above a 24h mini market.

Great place. Everything is close. Kremlin, Bolshoi Theater, city center within walking distance. The room itself is clean, crisp white sheets, towels, slippers, a hairdryer and all the necessary hygiene items in the room. The staff are friendly. In general, we enjoyed it. I recommend to friends.

i had booked a suit room in this hotel but they allotted me very basic and cheep room, hotel staff behaviour very very bad, i wqas booked suit room but they allotted me basic room, room was not clean and getting very bad smell very bad very very bad

we were truly grateful to the lovely ladies at the reception and the one cleaning(forgot to ask their names). i accientally left my jacket and cellphone at the lobby and they kept it and was able to recover it. thank you so much to them. also, the hotel is close to everything. we dont have any complains. you can never go wrong booking this hotel. 💯😍
