Moved here after a horrible experience at the St. Regis Moscow. The team was friendly and the facilities are well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are a bit old, but the location is good. The check-in desk clerk was abrupt and English communication was limited. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, but upon check-in we weren't given adjoining rooms and were on different floors, which was very inconvenient. I liked the Grada Boutique Hotel because it is located in the very center of the city! On the street there are constant performances of street musicians. The location is very close to Red Square, and the area downstairs is lively with many bars and restaurants. However, the rooms are quite small, the facilities are old, and there's an unpleasant odor. The price is mainly for the location. The receptionist can communicate in basic English.
