Booked a luxury deluxe room, they upgraded us to suite 805, this room has to be the best hotel room, or any appartments in Moscow. The room was on the highest level, and overlooked every Moscow attraction, the Kremlin, St Basils, Red Square, cathedral of Christ the saviour, 3 of Stalin sisters, and many more, what a great place to finish our holiday in Russia. At breakfast all the tables were occupied. There were a lot of people. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. The rooms are a bit old, but the location is good. The check-in desk clerk was abrupt and English communication was limited. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, but upon check-in we weren't given adjoining rooms and were on different floors, which was very inconvenient. Very good and friendly service. 5-10 mins walk to the Red Square! I liked my stay in Marosejka. They even ordered a taxi to the airport for me on request. I travelled from London through Istanbul, I am a Slovak national. Moscow is the most beautiful city I'veever visited. I would protect Moscow by myself. 🇷🇺

The location of the hotel was very good.

This is the prime location for me. You can walk to Red Square from hotel and around hotel have a lot of place you want, bar restaurant supermarket coffee etc. I swear if I go to Moscow again, this place is only one of my choice.

I lived at room 1st floor room . There was noise from the bars and cafes outside and tried to change room during my 5-days stay but all rooms were full.

I'm giving it 3 stars. The location is excellent, right next to the metro. There's a minimart, pub, drug store, and supermarket within walking distance. I went with my sister and her boyfriend. We stayed in a twin bed + extra bed room. The room was spacious, the twin beds were comfortable, but the extra bed was a bit hard. We got an attic room.

I liked the Grada Boutique Hotel because it is located in the very center of the city! On the street there are constant performances of street musicians. Young people are in a positive movement, they sing, dance, ride horses, guys give flowers to girls. As for the hotel, I will say that I liked the helpful staff, who kindly and politely served our stay. If you put stars, I give 5 out of 5

I always stop here. Prices for the center of Moscow are more than adequate. I don't like crowds of people in the hotel. It is here that I feel comfortable, calm. The staff are very nice and helpful. Mr.Vlat (if I don’t spell wrong), he is very kind and good serviced staff. He served more than we expect. He even call a taxi , make an appointment and help us carry the very heavy baggage to the taxi. He even makes sure that our family on board safely. I honored him so much.

Service in the hands of 4 boys from the school, there is no manager. The rooms are not ventilated, there is an unbearable stench. The rooms are not soundproofed, the noise of the music from the street keeps you awake all night long (expecially Saturday) Poor level of cleanliness. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The hotel was close to Red Square and easily accessible on foot. The reception desk was staffed by Turkish speakers, a significant advantage for a Turk in Russia. The room was a perfect size for two people. Breakfast, while not particularly satisfying for Turkish guests, was delicious.

The location was great, the staff woman was very kind. She helped us a lot. The room was warm enough for winter, even we opened the window. we had a kettle and teapot in our room. They provided a bathroom kit as well.

So central located so close to red square. You can select many different cafe close to hotel for breakfast and dinner. 2 big shopping mall are closer to hotel. Rooms are small but price is fair enough for comfort and location. Room doors are not isolated enough to aviod voice on corridor. Room which is closer to reception is not comfortable because of this reason.

The hotel is very modern and clean, the rooms are above average compared to other hotels for the same price. The reception lady was amazing as she helped me with the registration and even called the previous hotel to explain the issue. Overall room was great and bathroom amenities were provided.
