The best hotel in Moscow. Everything is top notch
Overall I liked everything, good hotel, delicious breakfasts.
This may have been the single best hotel experience of my life. They go above and beyond. I can't even begin to thank you enough. The concierge, Nikita, bent over backwards for us when our plans were threatened by a scammer. The lengths that he went to to save our night and our trip were simply above and beyond. If you are thinking of a trip to Moscow, it would be a huge mistake to stay anywhere else...
Phenomenal staff. Regal rooms. Delicious food. Superb location. My husband and I will stay there again.
Amazing Location, at a walking distance from the Red Square. The Hotel has very nice, ample, newly refurbished rooms. The elevator lobby is nicely decorated, but there’s only one way to the lobby in the whole floor, and only one way to reach there. So you have to walk the whole floor across all rooms to get to the lobby. Breakfast was very delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were so welcoming...
First time for me in Moscow, stayed here for 6 nights. Can say my stay here was nothing short of spectacular! The hotel is located within a walking distance to most important attractions and is fairly beautiful. Most unique aspect however is Service; Despite the issue with the payment system we had, they cooperated with us and accepted to provide daily payments instead of a full prepayment. They were...

We stayed at the Balchug Hotel for just one day in mid-October. We are glad that among Moscow hotels of this level, our choice fell on the Balchug Kempinski. In a word, it is Quality - both in general and in the smallest details! I would like to note the hotel staff. Absolutely everyone is attentive and friendly! And what is important - with a great sense of humor! Reception, bar, breakfast, maids...
I had a great stay there at the hotel.. The staff are so friendly and we didn’t have difficulty in communicating with them as they are fluent in English.. The location is close to the red square by 10 minutes of walk.. Also, i lost my rings at the hotel but they kept them there for me, it’s because of their integrity.. Thanks a lot!
Amazing hotel and staff. One of the best travel experiences in my life. Special thanks to the front office manager, Mr.Savzikhanov.
A wonderful hotel in the very center of Moscow. Amazing view from the windows!! The location is the best you can imagine 5* We were at this hotel for an event. We liked everything very much! Attentive staff, delicious food
Good hotel. Service at a level, polite and unobtrusive staff, very beautiful views from the windows. It is located in the center, everything is accessible, but there is no pretentiousness, so you feel quite organic there. In the hotel and around it there are a lot of night clubs and in my student years, in the late 90s, they constantly hung out there and therefore a lot of warm memories. I never thought...
Excellent location in the very center of Moscow, especially pleasant is the room, the view from the window of which opens onto the Kremlin and the Moscow River. Clean, neat, beautiful interior, good soundproofing, attentive staff. Everything you need in the room, comfortable mattress. The restaurant at the hotel is open until 11 pm, very convenient for late arrival. Breakfast exceeded expectations...
Location and nice staff
Staff were extremely helpful, especially Emil and Pavel, rooms were huge and lovely, the location was perfect and convenient.
Cleanness and the kindness of the reception employees. Also, the quick service when we requested additional water.
One of the best locations in the heart of Moscow. Hotel staff are very nice and eager to help providing kind and prompt service. Thank you all!
The hotel located near the Red Square and it is beautifully located! There is a beautiful river seperating the hotel from the Red Square Perfect room Very VERY Clean Excellent
Red Square famous tourist sport in Moscow Well perfect everything in the room Superb clean Very warm welcome
Rooms are not vacuumed daily. Staff do not speak English which is a problem specially at the restaurant as we got sick twice from food allergy.
Location and the pool and the gym. I will stay there again.
The place is nice, clean, and close to everything. The length is crazy. It is five minutes away from the red square, by car or scooter. I strongly recommend it. The food is delicious and the best thing is the omelette🤤🤣 The room is clean and spacious and the length is crazy Every day they clean the room if we ever ask them The service is excellent and their dealings are sweet and fast
Conceirge department is very helpful and appreciated their services
Concierge services was exceptional!
Location and supportive staff , excellent and professional concierge staff,
Pretty much nothing about the place was good.
You literally pay for the location, the rooms were bad and they looked nothing like the pictures run if you can
Cleanliness + staff treatment + the smell of food in the lobby and in the corridors leading to the rooms
The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's just a short walk from the iconic Red Square, bustling shopping districts, vibrant restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return to Moscow and stay here again.
Booked a luxury deluxe room, they upgraded us to suite 805, this room has to be the best hotel room, or any appartments in Moscow. The room was on the highest level, and overlooked every Moscow attraction, the Kremlin, St Basils, Red Square, cathedral of Christ the saviour, 3 of Stalin sisters, and many more, what a great place to finish our holiday in Russia. Much appreciated
It’s fine not the best The rooms are good size but furniture is old
there is a welcome fruit basket. excellent view of St Basil Cathedral and Moskva River especially during sunset. there are some halal selection for breakfast buffet.
"The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always friendly and efficient." Our room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic city view The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a great variety of choices Conveniently located and easy to find, the hotel was perfect for our needs This hotel surpassed all our expectations! We will definitely be returning for another...
The view is great, truly one of the highlights of the stay. • The staff are generally helpful and kind. • A gentleman at the reception (I unfortunately forgot his name) was especially thoughtful, caring, and genuinely tried to help. He even joked during checkout that he would clean the room himself if I ever returned, which I appreciated.
Elegant, clean, and quiet room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Nice city and river view. Excellent service overall. Breakfast was good but could have more variety

The hotel is very beautiful in terms of location, luxury, and standard. However, its consistently high prices are a drawback.
A wonderful hotel that truly deserves the experience. Everything was exceptional — the service, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. Highly recommended.
I liked it very much, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was attentive.
At breakfast all the tables were occupied. There were a lot of people. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I asked the staff if they could call me to my room when a free table appeared. 30 minutes passed, no one called, I went up, breakfast was completely over and everything was cleaned up. That's the kind of service!!!
It's OK. There's a subway station right outside the door. It's very close to Red Square and other places. But the room is very small.
The hotel is in a great location, close to Red Square, with a 24-hour supermarket and a variety of food. There are also many late-night restaurants until 4 or 5 in the morning.
Beautiful hotel, spa, sauna, steam room, pool. Love the hotel looks in general. Good food in room service.
Location, size of bedroom , very clean hotel
1-No isolation at all 2-Cleaning so bad 3-For the reception staff at the hotel, they were very bad and unprofessional. They even mocked the customers. I asked to speak to the manager, but they brought one of their friends instead.
Location was perfect near by red square Room was good , comfortable bed , warm room
The reception and reservation was really helpful and very welcoming, the hotel was clean and spacious.
The location and the outstanding people at the concierge and reception who always gave us more than what we expected, especially the housekeepers who were really helpful and available for us
they were so welcoming and upgraded our room before they know we are in honeymoon, and surprised us with little gift.
They exchanged the money at hotel. The trolley boy.

Excellent location very near to the center and many land marks around for example: GUM mall. The food was delicious as we ordered breakfast and dinner and the service also was good.
Dear Polina, Thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding hospitality. You were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Your warm attitude truly made a difference, and you are a wonderful addition to the hotel. We sincerely appreciate your support and wish you all the best.
The hotel location, rooms, services is excellent. Staff were friendly helpful and speaks English and some of the Arabic. Activities were booked and arranged by the hotel. Moved here after a horrible experience at the St. Regis Moscow. The team was friendly and the facilities are well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here. Special shout-out to Ilya at the front desk for helping out with the reservation and making sure the stay goes as planned. Definitely the place to stay in if you’re in Moscow.

Staying here is all about that sense of history. The breakfast area is filled with photos of famous people who've stayed, and our window looked right out onto Red Square. It's just a short walk, a quick underpass away. A bit further than the Four Seasons, but also more affordable. It really caters to all budgets.
The attitude was unbelievably bad, but the location was excellent. They took advantage of Chinese guests. On the first day, they told me the room I booked was unavailable and offered me an alternative. I agreed, only to find it was an attic room, requiring me to carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. The attic had two cramped rooms, and upon entering, it was incredibly run-down, similar to an old...
The hotel is located in the heart of Moscow, opposite the Red Square and St. Basil's Cathedral, the Kremlin, and the State Mall. It is very convenient and has been visited by many dignitaries and celebrities from various countries. It is undoubtedly first-class in all aspects.
This hotel, over a century old, has hosted Lenin, Obama, and others. The interior is exquisitely decorated, and the rooms are very clean, though some minor damage to the amenities is present. The hotel is within walking distance of Red Square, and the breakfast buffet offers a view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the staff are highly qualified. The...
The rooms are a bit old, but the location is good. The check-in desk clerk was abrupt and English communication was limited. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, but upon check-in we weren't given adjoining rooms and were on different floors, which was very inconvenient. If you have the same number of people, it's better to book one room to save money and hassle.
This is my favorite Moscow hotel for past 3 years. Great breakfast and location next to heart of Moscow - Red Sq.
Hotel is clean and the room was clean. Location is good.
Location, staff are friendly and helpful. In general is a good hotel to stay near red square and other attractions.
Perfect location, next to the Kremlin Big variety of food at the breakfast. Room dining is nice but quite expensive. Soft big bed and good pillows.
Only crossing underground to reach red square its very near. Delicious cake was sent to my room as a birthday gift. Bed is comfortable and clean the only problem with the air conditioning they cannot open it from October till April and the room without breeze because also you cant open the window. Room and toilet very clean and tidy Great staff and very helpful
Furniture is old but everything was great

I really liked the hotel’s location—it’s perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and my stay smooth. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The classic decor and historic feel of the hotel added to the experience, making it a unique and memorable stay.
All services are great, reception was above amazing with their support, so much love for all the staff in this hotel
The concierge department are very very helpful and friendly specially a guy named ( oleg) he booked for us activities and restaurant and lots of useful information, the other staff also friendly and welcoming, very good location close to everything , the rooms are wide even if it was the smallest one
The location- room style and the breakfast area looking offer the red square. The money exchange office In the hotel.
It was an excellent option in terms of price and location and I liked the cooperation of the staff, unlike what was written in the people's rating, a repeatable experience
Nothing except the location
Great location, in the middle of everywhere, quiet, perfect room size, helpful reception and English speakers, currency exchange inside the hotel. Next to the Metro station, cross the street to go the red Kremlin square and Gum mall.
I liked an extremely excellent level of service by reception and restaurant stuff. They were very helpful and polite. Please do not expect smiley service, in Russia can be kind and polite in without a big smile on their face. I certainly liked the location very much. I liked this little trip into the history and the atmosphere of cultural enrichment! Certainly will stay here once more!
everything else - breakfast is terrible and extremely limited, it smells AWFUL inside and your clothes get soaked with bad smell every time you enter breakfast area. I absolutely loved it. the hotel was built in 1903. it was fascinating to stay there. The antique furniture was breathtaking! It is the best hotel ever it was opened in 1903 and many famous people stayed in the National hotel. A historical royal style hotel❤️
We have visited russia and stayed in 6 different hotels, i would range this hotel as my second best. The place is very historical, the lobby is a great place to sit..

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city center, everything is top notch, we will come back again
Hello, the accommodation was nice, but since our flight was at 19.25, we wanted to check out at 14.00, and they responded negatively, which made us sad, and it could have been understood.
The location is excellent, right at the entrance of Red Square, but the rest is not amazing to be honest, and the price/performance ratio is not very high.
Facilities: Not bad. After leaving the Four Seasons Group, it can still maintain a relatively high quality, but the house is a little old. Hygiene: Average, nothing to say Environment: Very good, Red Square is downstairs, but there is too much snow in winter, the snow at the door cannot be cleaned, and it is all black mud after the car runs over. There are no other shortcomings. Even because the location...
Concierge and check in people were incredible. Housekeeping could use more training.

I had four problems with Four Seasons as follow: 1- They made the payment hard to me. The link they send to me to make the payment for the first night , it charges me too extra than what is written in the booking rate. 2- When I want to pay the rest of nights in the hotel, they did not accept the payment through union pay as St.Regis hotel did to me. 3-The bidet in the toilet that spray water only...

The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from Red Square, TSUM department store, GUM department store, Hunters & Partners, and the metro station. An amazing hotel with perfect location, The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was wonderful and excellent. The location is amazing, and the room is very comfortable for both the eyes and the body. The only downside was the bathroom. My friend took a shower, and after she finished, we discovered that there was no proper water drainage. The bathroom flooded completely, and the water even reached the entrance. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and...
We were given the smaller room amongst the newly refurbished selection ie no separate lounge area and only one sink in the bathroom instead of a his and hers. The supporting facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the service concept is supreme. I like this place very much. It is very convenient and cost-effective. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time.
The location is great, very close to Red Square. The front desk staff speaks fluent English. The service is attentive and timely. However, it was very noisy on Saturday night, and it felt like the singing didn't stop until 4 or 5 o'clock.
Good hotel Pros * Excellent location * Average room size * Helpful staff Cons * Most important point: Beware of the northern rooms, as they overlook a courtyard and a bar open all night. Noisy. * The mattresses in the rooms are worn and relatively unclean. * No bidet in the bathrooms, for God's sake.
The hotel location is prefect and the staff are helpful. The problem I had with this hotel was the WiFi. It doesn’t work anywhere and non existent in the room.
A wonderful hotel, this is not our first time staying here, everything is great!

Small but very central. There's no convenient shop around.
Clean, quiet, comfortable for such a price - 5!!
Great hotel for the price, clean and comfortable, everything is new and working. The ceiling was a pleasant surprise, as if you were in a catacomb) for 2500 a hotel for two right in front of the Kremlin, it's just fabulous
Great hotel and cheap. Breakfast is good, everything is clean, everything you need works.
Perfect location and not far from the Kremlin, excellent breakfast (I strongly advise to take the option), good sound isolation in rooms.
Very comfortable and pleasant hotel. Brick vaulted ceilings add originality, but do not spoil the interior at all. The rooms are all as it should be in small hotels.
The staff were helpful and spoke English, the single bed room was great, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and the air con made it nice and cool when it was +35 outside.
it's good for being near Red Square but you have to walk for 20 or 30 minutes to arrive metro what you order is different from what give you. 2min away from Red Square. Bed was nice, fresh bottle of water everyday, cleaning was great. The fridge was a bit noisy, but does not stop you from sleeping well. Very clean with friendly staff. I arrived 6hrs before check-in really early, staff helped me to safe keep my luggage and checked me in 2hrs earlier, great experience.
Generally the hotel and room were nice. The only negative side of hotel is that there is no cafeteria in hotel.
Great hotel so quiet and comfortable, lovely staff and reception, full equipped room, daily cleaning and refill, easy access near most activity in the city and attraction you can reach everywhere walking
The hotel is close to Red Square and its excellent location takes a 20-minute walk and eliminates the need to use a taxi
This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at! The girl at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind — she really made our stay easier and more comfortable. The hotel is very clean, and the location is perfect — just a short walk to Red Square. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights in Moscow. So 1) location: The hotel is in a great location - almost center of the city 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal English 3) Service: The hotel does not have an elevator and we were on 3rd floor - so luggage had to be taken by self. 4) Overall experience: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. It's right next to the subway station, so it's very convenient to get in and out!
Although it felt a bit old, it was very comfortable to stay in. Our room was on the main street with a large window. A handsome young man provided excellent service; when we asked where the "dinosaur walking pig" location was, he immediately printed out a map from his computer. Close to metro station, close to several touristic places (walking distance from red square is 900m), friendly staff that speaks english.
Great location, steps away from the Red Square, next to the metro station, market and restaurants. Staff is very helpful

Hotel location is amazing,Clean room and nice staff. You should pay attention the enterance is in the front of the church
the attention of the reception, the retro design of the hotel and the location
The location is right next to Kitay Gorod train station, almost no need to walk. Next 150 meters, there is a supermarket with a variety of fresh food. There are many shops nearby. And you can walk to Red Square in just 10 minutes. The room and bathroom are clean. My room is spacious. I can open 2 large suitcases. Location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The location is right outside Kitay Gorod metro station and you can easily access the whole city including red square. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the manager and cook took special care for our vegetarian needs including giving access to the kitchen oven to heat our food. Room heating was also great
Really very clean, everyday our room and bathroom was cleaned. Very nice location, helpful staff! If one day I will come to Moscow, I won’t think about any other hotels.
Very good and friendly service. 5-10 mins walk to the Red Square! I liked my stay in Marosejka. They even ordered a taxi to the airport for me on request. I travelled from London through Istanbul, I am a Slovak national. Moscow is the most beautiful city I'veever visited. I would protect Moscow by myself. 🇷🇺
The location of the hotel was very good.
This is the prime location for me. You can walk to Red Square from hotel and around hotel have a lot of place you want, bar restaurant supermarket coffee etc. I swear if I go to Moscow again, this place is only one of my choice.
I lived at room 1st floor room . There was noise from the bars and cafes outside and tried to change room during my 5-days stay but all rooms were full.
I'm giving it 3 stars. The location is excellent, right next to the metro. There's a minimart, pub, drug store, and supermarket within walking distance. I went with my sister and her boyfriend. We stayed in a twin bed + extra bed room. The room was spacious, the twin beds were comfortable, but the extra bed was a bit hard. We got an attic room.

Whant to be in the city center and feel the vibes of megapolice? Then choose this hotel.
Location, value, interiors and service is amazing. Definitely recommend!
I liked the Grada Boutique Hotel because it is located in the very center of the city! On the street there are constant performances of street musicians. Young people are in a positive movement, they sing, dance, ride horses, guys give flowers to girls. As for the hotel, I will say that I liked the helpful staff, who kindly and politely served our stay. If you put stars, I give 5 out of 5
Super nice staff, great location cozy royal
Class place, class service. Recommend
I always stop here. Prices for the center of Moscow are more than adequate. I don't like crowds of people in the hotel. It is here that I feel comfortable, calm. Lovely unobtrusive and polite staff, without too much disturbing fuss, delicious breakfasts, cleanliness, chic rooms! Again, I repeat, the very heart of Moscow. You better open up! I to you!)
The most think I like was the reception staff , Honesty and credibility , room was clean and the view was nice , no noisy environment. everything was perfect. Thank you so much Location was perfect perfect
The staff are very nice and helpful. Mr.Vlat (if I don’t spell wrong), he is very kind and good serviced staff. He served more than we expect. He even call a taxi , make an appointment and help us carry the very heavy baggage to the taxi. He even makes sure that our family on board safely. I honored him so much.
The location was good
Service in the hands of 4 boys from the school, there is no manager. The rooms are not ventilated, there is an unbearable stench. The rooms are not soundproofed, the noise of the music from the street keeps you awake all night long (expecially Saturday) Poor level of cleanliness. (Behind the furniture I found olives eaten by the previous occupants - disgusting -). Breakfast in a small room with seven...

I'm very happy I chose this hotel for my dream trip to Russia. Everyone is always ready to help! I'm solo here so the standard double bed room was very good. I'll surely visit Russia again in the future since I love it, and will book again here! 😊
Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff (with only one exclusion, but all the rest were amazing). The rooms are comfortable and they offer everything a person needs.
Location, generous size rooms, polite and helpful staff. There's a bookshoop nearby, with a lovely coffeshop.
Hotel has an excellent location, huge and beautiful rooms, nice staff and happy to help us
Great little place to stay, very well located near the metro & all of the big sites! Staff are helpful, and the accommodation very comfortable
Don't Dump Bottle of water, they served only first day, fill the water on the first floor only!
Near to the Kremlin. close to the center. They staff barely speak English. you only take a room their when you have no option.
The hotel is next to the Kremlin and 3 min from one of the main metro stations. All main atractions can be easily reached either by foot or metro.
Location is the best!! Easy to travel to everywhere. Breakfast is nice and changes everyday. Staffs are nice and generous. They help me to book taxi many times.
Location is perfect. Reception teams were very nice to me. They helped me call yandex taxi many times and contacted to Cosmos Murmansk hotel to send my tourist registeration form for me and my family via mail. Thank you very much. Breakfast was wonderful, variety, delicious and hot meal. Breakfast changed menu every morning. That was very great.

A small boutique hotel. Clean and good looking rooms. Very reasonable pricing for center of Moscow, walking distance to the red square and most of the major shopping and dinning area in Moscow city center. The metro is also walking distance. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again!
Wonderful hotel. It's close to everything: metro and cafes! Center of Moscow. A coffee machine is available 24/7. Delicious and hearty breakfast. Will I come again?
Nice little hotel in the heart of the city. Comfortable rooms, hearty and delicious breakfasts, cleanliness, order, friendly and helpful staff.
Cozy hotel in the center of Moscow. Delicious breakfasts, white sheets, quiet and comfortable rooms.
Great location, very friendly girls at the reception, they will tell you everything. The breakfast is hearty and fresh! Recommend!
The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. Loved the breakfast and how close it was to attractions. Would definitely stay here again
There was a problem with the sewage disposal system in the bathroom and sink during the three-night stay
internet does not work. I made complaint and requested a partial refund, and got nothing. That's a shame.

Very nice service, big clean rooms, great location! Everything was perfect
Two nights spent with the family. Great location, nearby the Kremlin.
Wonderful hotel in the center of Moscow. Pleasant staff. The room has everything you need. Recommend.
A lovely little hotel, located perfectly, and the service is unbelivably good
Thank you for the warm welcome and gift for the New Year. The hotel is in the center of Moscow around the corner from Red square, 5 minutes walk. Service and staff super. Clean ! Suggest!!!
Cosy, family-run hotel. Good repair in the rooms, delicious breakfasts, close to red square!
It was great staff very helpful I enjoyed my stayed with them , they clean room very well everything was good location was good near to everywhere.
Hotel has a excellent location, basically anything in Moscow is within easy and convenient reach. Superb. The rooms are basic but excellent. Bed and pillows are the best I had in a long time. Everything needed is in place. Very clean and neat. Super, very well maintained. Fresh and clean. Super cleaning service. Staff goes above and beyond, they are really helpful and they resolved everything without...
Everything is very good. Especially the location is great. The staff is very friendly. There is a cafe downstairs that serves great breakfast)
It was nice and quiet, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is good, and the room is comfortable enough for a night or two. Way better quality than some "4 star" hotels in Moscow, especially considering the location.
Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
First all Mika Thanks for all You are gorgeous. I had a wonderful experience at the. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
The hotel was close to Red Square and easily accessible on foot. The reception desk was staffed by Turkish speakers, a significant advantage for a Turk in Russia. The room was a perfect size for two people. Breakfast, while not particularly satisfying for Turkish guests, was delicious.
The Location is the only saving grace.
- Good - Restaurant is available in the hotel and very tasty food. - reception personnel are very helpful and speak English.

The location was great, the staff woman was very kind. She helped us a lot. The room was warm enough for winter, even we opened the window. we had a kettle and teapot in our room. They provided a bathroom kit as well.

Very convenient and very clean. Well situated although noisy at night because of clubs and bars, but not à real problem if you travel with ear plugs 🙉
So central located so close to red square. You can select many different cafe close to hotel for breakfast and dinner. 2 big shopping mall are closer to hotel. Rooms are small but price is fair enough for comfort and location. Room doors are not isolated enough to aviod voice on corridor. Room which is closer to reception is not comfortable because of this reason.
Perfect location, reasonable prices, and comfortable, clean rooms. The service was excellent and the personnel was friendly and had sufficient knowledge of English.
The hotel is in the heart of Moscow. Quiet, comfortable, good bed! Near plenty of cafes, restaurants, and just a pleasant stroll on the old streets of the capital. Moscow is beautiful, especially at night when lit by thousands of lights.

Very good location Clean and quiet Friendly and Helpful staff. Really Exceptional staff and I would highly appreciate their support as an example I was looking for taxi and confused on ordering to go somewhere and they helped me till the correct address outside the hotel. They ordered the taxi for me from hote. Another example, I was about to check out and move to another room but they let me stay...

Very very very very soooo gooodd hotel. Almost no weakness to be descript
The location is very close to Red Square, and the area downstairs is lively with many bars and restaurants. However, the rooms are quite small, the facilities are old, and there's an unpleasant odor. The price is mainly for the location. The receptionist can communicate in basic English.
The room is very old, the facilities are very poor, the toilet is always leaking, the carpet smells bad, the air is not circulating, the hotel is hidden and hard to find; the only good thing is that it is close to the Kremlin, about 10 minutes walk away
The room is a little small, but everything else is fine. There is a street with restaurants downstairs, and it is very close to Red Square and the subway station.
Not far from Red Square, there are many bars and restaurants downstairs. The facilities in the building are old and there is no elevator. Not up to domestic Samsung standards. Location is the only advantage.
Excellent location, always do booking online, staff is cooperative, excellent place live in city centre
. Its a 3 star hotel So U get what you pay, super clean . The location of the hotel is perfect perfect perfect , its located not on the main street you have to walk 4-5 min from the street to the hotel . That path way to reach the hotel is lively day and night , theres many famous restaurants and I’ve tried most of them i recommend them 10/10 . The hotel does not have an elevator, which is the norm...
The location is perfect! It’s near Red Square and Theatre, and very close to the subway stations. The room is small but has everything, a little bit traditional and I like it.
everything the staff and the smell and they are bad at contacting booked two rooms both didn't resemble the photos and are dirty hope no one falls for it like i did

The room was clean and much better than expected. The front desk has a good attitude and is recommended for stay.
One of the best budget hotels I've visited in Russia in the last year. 1. Great location, right in the center 2. Polite pleasant staff 3. Clean comfortable rooms 4. High quality bedding The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom and toilet, if you take a shower, there will be a lot of water and it will be difficult to go to the toilet, only for this I remove one "star".
Hotel in the center of Moscow. Near Red Square, Central Department Store, Bolshoi and Maly theaters. The hotel itself is cozy in a Provencal style. Courteous staff. The prices are reasonable.
The very center, cleanliness, few rooms and silence, no hum of cars. The only thing is the pillows are terrible.

A good place. 10 minutes to the Kremlin. Cosy.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff and clean room.
Good location. There is parking. Excellent rooms. To the Kremlin 5 minutes on foot, metro 200 meters. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
Not a bad hotel in the city center. I liked the decor in the room, we were pleased with the large bathroom. Large selection of breakfasts delivered to your room.
Clean and neat hotel. Pictures are from a larger room. Thin walls is the only thing that may be a problem during your stay, you can hear your neighbors whisper. Breakfast is mediocre, I would go to local places near by for a breakfast, there are plenty of options. Location is perfect, within a walking distance to major attractions and nightlife.
The room very small and they dont give you anything when u book for more days for example water every day
The hotel is very modern and clean, the rooms are above average compared to other hotels for the same price. The reception lady was amazing as she helped me with the registration and even called the previous hotel to explain the issue. Overall room was great and bathroom amenities were provided.
hotel is at a perfect location everything is within walking distance good rooms good receptionist they are really really helpful and kind. I'm definitely coming back and recommending this hotel to my country men. thank you for making my stay amazing.
