Most hotel stuff was polite and very nice. There was only 1 lady at reception which is constantly not nice to tourists. When you can't speak Russian she overreacts you and shows a lot of bad emotion even when you try to communicate via translator. Its so rude which could be a reason you never come back.
This is an excellent hotel for its price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is 750m from Metro station Shabolovskaya which is a great plus. The hotel is located in a calm district where there are no noises from street car traffic.
