We stayed one night. Everything was fine. We had an early checkout and missed breakfast, so we ordered a box lunch and it was delivered to our room.

Beautiful place!!! Polite staff, comfortable clean and fresh rooms. You can iron things for free. There is a small kitchenette where you can make yourself coffee and tea. You can do your own laundry in the laundry room. Prices for Moscow are more than attractive. The location is convenient. 25 min walk to red square. Nearby major shops. Taras Bulba tavern was opened not far from the hotel

Our views about the hotel are both positive and negative. Positives: Located in a very nice neighborhood. Proximity to the metro. Park view. Always running hot water. Affordable coffee machine. A safe family hotel. Negatives: The restaurant was closed. Towel change was late. The wifi connection in the room was very weak and frequently disconnected.

I took suite 301 on the third attic floor for 5,500. Breakfast is not included, but judging by the menu, porridge with a sandwich or scrambled eggs with pancakes does not cost 500 rubles. Fortunately, there are coffee shops and the Karavaev Brothers nearby. The building is interesting, plus an interesting balcony overlooking the courtyard. But the bed is just two beds put together with a headboard...

It was an awesome stay at Art Grand Viktoria. The staff was so accommodating and helpful . One of the staff went overboard and told her that we left our mobile in the taxi from airport. She managed to get the phone number of driver from customer care and we got the phone back . Thank you for a lovely stay i and my family enjoyed the home like experience.

The receptionist was very cold to us. When we asked Wi-Fi password, she said it’s not working today. When asked for room service, she said there’s no room service. When we reached our room, the room was very small. And the dryer in the washroom was broken. Horrible experience.
