Due to the rooms being on the ground floor, the noise from the street is substantial. The windows are not double-glazed so there is very little soundproof. Convenient location, within walking distance of the metro, Danilovsky market, bus stop. Polite staff, clean linens, tea, coffee in unlimited quantities. The furniture is a little "tired", the room lacks lighting (there are only 3 bulbs in the chandelier), but otherwise everything is fine.
While the best option in Moscow in terms of price-quality ratio, the employees are super pleasant)

I'm staying on this Izumrud Yug hotel for the second time now. Great location, safety and quite neighborhood. Near downtown shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants. The rooms clean and tidy. Most hotel stuff was polite and very nice. There was only 1 lady at reception which is constantly not nice to tourists. When you can't speak Russian she overreacts you and shows a lot of bad emotion even when you try to communicate via translator. Its so rude which could be a reason you never come back.
This is an excellent hotel for its price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is 750m from Metro station Shabolovskaya which is a great plus. The hotel is located in a calm district where there are no noises from street car traffic.
One of best in Moscow the receptionist were amazing ladies bless them.The allocation is splendid quiet and calm.would definitely recommend to anyone.Thank you for the great hospitality
