If you're in a rush, the facilities are still quite good, but please significantly lower your expectations for the hotel's service; treat it as a self-service experience
This is apparently the second-best hotel in Murmansk. The rooms are a bit dated, and its location is a little further from the city center. However, the service was excellent
Even the single rooms are spacious, with great heating and views. I didn't understand why it had such low ratings before, but after staying there, I understand. First, even at reception, very few staff speak English
Once, I helped a female staff member press the elevator button, and she didn't even say thank you, acting as if it was her duty. Perhaps this job has nothing to do with KPIs; it's a take-it-or-leave-it situation
From what I've observed, the hotel primarily caters to local tour groups, senior citizen groups, and some independent travelers from Southeast Asia. If you have a choice, choose the one with the higher rating
Whether this involves racial discrimination is hard to confirm, as I've also seen them ignore other English-speaking tourists. The only time they seem enthusiastic is when tourists meet each other

Good hotel, like everything in the chain. For companies, I recommend the banquet menu, it has something that is not in the usual one. Many conference rooms of different sizes. I have been here many times for conferences
This is the best hotel in the area. It's close to the train station, and also convenient to the shopping mall and McDonald's, which are right across the street
In Murmansk, perhaps, this is the best hotel. ✅What we liked: - cozy and comfortable rooms with a pleasant interior; - a variety of breakfasts, as well as dinners included in the price; - Qualified and polite hotel staff
The area right outside the hotel is currently under renovation, so to get to the McDonald's across the street or the plaza in front of Meridian, you have to walk all the way around
They gave me a free room upgrade, which was quite spacious. The TV swivels, so you can watch it from either the sofa or the bed. The bathroom and shower are L-shaped. I didn't get a chance to use the other facilities
Opposite the hotel is the northernmost McDonald's, as well as a pharmacy and a supermarket, which is very convenient! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and it is perfect to serve until 11 o'clock! The only regret is that the gym needs to open at 10 o'clock in the morning, not 24 hours

Great hotel in Murmansk. There are always free rooms. Of course, it is better to book in advance, through booking, then the cost will be slightly lower, otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend :)

Gorgeous! Pleased with the absence of checkout time, if you rent a room at 5 am for a day, then you live there until 5 am the next day. Great cafe on the ground floor.

Often on business trips. Came here for the first time. The hotel is very much liked. Clean, tidy, repair is done efficiently and tastefully. The location is convenient. The price is quite adequate.
Like everything-the location, comfort, facilities. The hotel staff is always willing to accommodate the client. There were problems, however, with Breakfast. But they were safely resolved
I recommend to everyone who stopped in Monchegorsk
Location is perfect in the middle of the city and rooms are very much acceptable (not luxurious). The staff is really friendly. There is no breakfast buffet on Sunday though.
Breakfast - hell bottom (not circled), you first thought is not yet awake, when he saw the dry buckwheat with sausages at 50p kg. The location is convenient, staff is polite

The staff took good care of all the little demands of the clients who were travelling with me during our aurora hunting tour
We stayed here for 3 nights and it is Perfect for group travel and all rooms / amenities are new so it's a lot better than other 4 star hotels we tried in Murmansk city!
The organization took me an economy for a day. The room has (TV, kettle, towel, mug + spoon and fork) Something from personal hygiene can be purchased at the reception

There is a coffee machine, but coffee is not offered from it :) In general, a nice place, nice to be and relax. I wish you to finish the renovation as soon as possible, and please all the guests!)

Good location. It's on the 3re floor. You can ask the hotel's staff to call someone help to carry your luggage. Breakfast serve from 7 to 10 am which is excellent.
The room is clean and beauty. They have everything you want to use in room. Location is good to walk around in Murmansk. And last thing, service from staff is awesome!!!

The Pik Hotel is generally good—it's conveniently located for exploring Kirovsk, has clean rooms, and the staff is friendly. However, the room was slightly smaller than in the photo
The breakfast is decent, but you'll need to go to the hotel next door. It's suitable for those coming to ski in the Khibiny Mountains or for short business trips, as long as premium service isn't required
Keep in mind that you need a vaccination certificate or prc test, otherwise they will not accept.
When I went, the building was under renovation and the formaldehyde levels were very high. There was no front desk; I had to go to another hotel about 500 meters away to check in, which was very inconvenient
Also, there were no elevators, only stairs

Good slope, interesting illuminated branches from the main route. Everything is always well lit. Cafe right at the slope, put the skis and went to have a delicious meal. Equipment rental at a decent level

Ride on the training track! About 130-150 meters, since I started skiing for the first time, so I was afraid to use the big slope, and it is about 500 meters! Next time I will definitely go for it! For two hours I gave 900 rubles for ski equipment and 300 rubles for 2 hours of using the tow bar! The feeling is just great! Polite staff!
I consider queues small at high traffic. Mostly urban snowboarders ride, there are fewer skiers. Slope for beginners, for them the most it. There are very gentle slopes at the foot and there are steeper slopes at the top
