All in all the hotel could offer much better experience if staff was more hospitable

The room was nice, the bed was a bit soft, and every staff member was very welcoming. They even gave us fruit on our first day, which was a thoughtful touch.

They gave me a free room upgrade, which was quite spacious. The TV swivels, so you can watch it from either the sofa or the bed. The bathroom and shower are L-shaped. I didn't get a chance to use the other facilities

The area right outside the hotel is currently under renovation, so to get to the McDonald's across the street or the plaza in front of Meridian, you have to walk all the way around

One of the top hotels in Murmansk, and probably the tallest building in the area, it is considered a landmark. There are abundant commercial and supporting facilities in the surrounding area

This is the best hotel in the area. It's close to the train station, and also convenient to the shopping mall and McDonald's, which are right across the street

It’s superb if you want to enjoy your stay there and experience the hospitality and have no issues in paying for almost all of the perks provided there, the access to the beach is also really impressive.

I take off a star for problems with hot water in the shower: when the hot water tap was turned on, the pipes made heartbreaking sounds and, since we lived on the 4th floor, the water had to be drained for a long time, waiting for hot water (maybe it was only in our room (standard))

The reason this hotel gets five stars is the location and the staff. you are right in the centre of town , also close to the bus to kivorsk. The staff were polite, helped us get taxis and were polite and friendly

Due to there’s a hole in my roof i can see outside actually. bcos the wall is grey color and decoration is brown wood color made it hard to see mosquitos. so two nights there both terrible sleep

I would like to suggest the hotel set up a table and a chair in each room, so that the guest can use computer/laptop in own room instead of go to Common Room (Kitchen).

Everything else was good, but soundproofing and providing a quiet, restful environment are fundamental for any hotel

A wonderful hotel with friendly staff. And most importantly, one of the best restaurants, Grebeshki, is located on the ground floor. Nearby is a shop and a pier, from where we head out to sea in hopes of spotting whales.

The hotel is located in Xinjieli, and the environment is quite nice. There aren't many places to eat in Xinjieli, so if you want to travel to and from Laojieli, you might need to take a taxi multiple times

The dining room in the hotel does not feed for money, they only have specials. The nearest store in the village of Murmashi is 5 km away, open until 21-22 hours. You can get there by bus, minibus

Its not too bad for the airport hotel but too far from the international standards. Im sure shared bathroom cannot make tired customer any happier. But surprisingly this place is very clean.
