We stayed during a football match, the view from the room is super. We have never seen a more unusual hotel in Russia.

We stayed at the beginning of January, we liked everything. Starting from the service, ending with the view from the room 😍 the rooms have everything you need, the nice girls at the reception quickly respond to any requests, they even showed us which route you can take to walk around magical Kazan 😍

Very cozy hotel, the view opens right onto the arena) By the way, you can also go out onto the balcony. The hotel has a small bar with a kitchen, so you don't have to go far to get food. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Very clean and lots of little nice touches) The only thing that was missing was hooks for clothes in the bathroom, but compared to all the advantages, it's not significant))))

Really poor service. Breakfast was so bad and the staff are rude. I won't book again.

I stayed at this establishment and did not regret it, the staff is very polite, the rooms are adequate, breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything is at the customer's request, with delivery to the room! I recommend it!!!!
